“I’ve been to Burt’s Deli several times in the past 10 years. Every time is the same time. That’s the magic of Burt’s, you know what to expect. It is a small place filled with all the sights and sounds of an authentic city deli tucked away at the end of a large shopping center in Libertyville. The food is magnificent, very tasty, and plentiful. Whats my favorite order? Of course, it’s the Yummi! You cannot go wrong with that one.“

“I bought a brisket from Felicia’s and it was outstanding. They trimmed the excess fat, so all I had to do was not screw up smoking it. It turned out awesome! Great place with great meats and even better customer service.“
“The chevapi are fantastic! Especially the ones with garlic! When visiting Chicago, we always show up with coolers to accommodate the shopping spree here. This is a family owned and operated establishment and the folks here are always super positive and helpful. Highly recommend!“

“Great place! The Bagels, Salmon spread, tuna salad and egg white salad are just a few of my favorites here. Everything is amazing and fresh. Staff is friendly and service is fast! Sandwiches are made to order with all the right toppings. Would highly recommend them and they cater too!“

“I love shopping at the Waukegan Rd Jewel. I have a few favorites that are always so kind, personable, and helpful. I would probably never shop here as much as I do, if Marvin, Griffin, Adam, Tammy, and Debbie were not on shift. They always make my day 😊 love all the specials, and the Jewel app makes it easy. Thank you guys! Keep up the great work.“
“I stopped here to get a few things for lunch. Looking around, they stock a good variety of teas, cakes, refrigerator items, and booze. Their deli foods are excellent, I got some goląbki and kabanosy. Very authentic, though the goląbki are huge compared to how my babeczka made them. Definitely coming back before I leave Chicago.“
“I am not saying this because it was my own wedding, but I have NEVER had this good of wedding food. The amount of compliments we got about the food and service was outstanding. I truly don't know how they managed to make such a large amount of food with such a big variety so perfect. There was not a single bad bite the entire night. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They even ran to McDonalds to pick up fries for our late night snack. I cannot be more thankful of Michael and his time and would recommend them to anyone who wants amazing food and service. 11/10!“
“I really enjoyed the bagels and cream cheese selections and taste. I wish there was somewhere to sit when we were there but we couldn't wait to have one so we started eating our fav's right in our vehicle.
