“Fast service, hot food and thick shake. It's good talking to people taking your order because the steak n shake in rosemont Illinois you place your order on a computer screen and they call your name when it's ready. No more people interaction. This was nice and friendly. Thanks.“

“I visited August 8th at 11:30am. It here was a lady in a maroon shirt and high visibility vest who was running food outside. She went to throw sweet and sour in someone’s bag and accidentally dropped it on the floor… although it was closed, instead of picking it up and putting it in the bag, she discarded of it and got them a new one. I saw that, and I commend her for that!!! Way to be safe and clean!!! Go her!! 🤍“
