“Don't know what the bad reviews are for, this McDonald's is run correctly. The food is to taste, the drinks are mixed perfectly, and it was fast, hot, and fresh. The holy trinity.

“Went inside 7/20/26 around 5:15p to pick up my online order and there were two young gentleman working inside. There was what I assumed to be an elderly mother and her daughter ordering food. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and stood in line behind the two people to request my pick up. The way the workers interacted with these two ladies was so sweet and kind. the older lady was talking to them, asking about their recommendations etc. The workers genuinely seemed just so happy to be helping her and talking to her. As someone in my 30s it was so nice to see as it’s so rare these days. They gave me my food and thanked me. Ugh 10/10 I do recommend.“

“HUGE shout out to our amazing Fairlane Diner! Last night on our way home from a basketball game in Nokomis we decided to call and order Fairlane Diner for dinner. We did not realize they closed at 8pm and had dialed the phone at 7:55pm, the friendly woman answering the phone politely took our order and it was hot and fresh when we arrived at 8:15pm! Thanks so much!!“

“I had a host of family come visit from out of town. I ordered 50 piece wings from California Kitchen, it came with fries and 2 cans of pop. I was told 15 minutes for pick up and did not check the food prior to leaving. The chicken was fried very hard and wasn't good. I didn't call until the next morning and spoke to a manager. The manager was pleasant and very understanding. I was able to bring back the chicken from the previous day and recieved a full new 50 piece meal for my visiting family. He even asked if I wanted to keep the order that was messed up. Amazing customer service and the food was really good. I would always order from them, they really know how to treat their customers!! The new location is great too!.“

This was my first time at this location. The moment we walked in everyone was nice and helpful. Our food was hot, fresh and brought to our table. It was very nice.“

I never eat all my curly fries maybe a quarter of a box, tonight I ate my entire box and wanted more! “I went through and order myself and my daughter some lunch today. Mind you it was 10 am and they were serving breakfast and hadn’t had anything started yet. I order my daughter a kids chicken finger and the lady misunderstood me and thought I said chicken slinger( I’ve worked fast food I know those speakers need to burn) anyway at the window I explain the miscommunication and instead of getting upset and angry the manager just politely explained the situation and asked me to wait. They were all so friendly and very quick considering it was 10 am and I order chicken strips. I just wanted to come on here and write a review because you really don’t see friendly fast food workers anymore (understandable because everywhere is short staffed) and there was only 3 of them and they were decently busy. I just wanted to put something nice out about them. Because they deserved it! Great job!“

“the burgers are always delicious, favorite of mine is the mushroom swiss burger and the western.

i highly recommend getting their horseshoes with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and fresno sauce (with the cheese sauce as well). its so good! remember to get a drink.

“Definitely seemed understaffed. Only saw 3 people running the whole place. So that's why it got a three for atmosphere. We had a pretty big order and they got absolutely everything right except they forgot my Mexican pizza. But when I mentioned it to them they were happy to get me one.“

“I did a mobile order (& paid in-app) & as I was going through the drive thru to pick it out, a circuit blew. All their screens and half the machines stopped working. I couldn't cancel my order and order at a new place. I went inside and immediately Brian figured out what I ordered and got it for me, free of cost. Amazing service & handling in an unexpected electrical mishap situation.“
