“This is a cute spot. I like the decor. The waitress was nice. We were celebrating a birthday and she was very accommodating with playing happy birthday and bringing out the slice of cake that I purchased. I didn't like the dish that I ordered (shrimp, lobster and crab pasta)! The pasta was extremely salty and the sauce was thick! I sent it back the first time and that provided another one that turned out to be just as bad. It was still super thick but just bland this time. Needless to say I didn't eat it. I just requested a to go tray and gave to a person on my way home who asked me to buy them some food. I said “I'm so glad you asked, here you !” It was my first time visiting this establishment and I won't be returning. However, I wish them nothing but the best.“

El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. We did have a cup of the lobster bisque and was not pleased with it at all I could barely taste any Lobster and any Sherry That was supposed to be with it the bisque was too heavy and should have been velvety and creamy and was not our entrees were filet mignon 6 and 8 oz which are very good cooked perfectly. The table service was poor with mistakes being made several times it seemed like he was in a rush which he didn't need to be because we were not in any rush at all but looking forward to an enjoyable afternoon of dinner“

“This was my first time at Kona Grill. The food was great! We ate on the outside patio which was lovely. We also ate from the Happy Hour menu which was a great deal. Wish it included drinks, that started at 4p and we were there from 2:30p - 4p. Had the tuna and crab rolls, Gyoza and edamame. Just yum!!!“

“So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service.
