“At this location in Niles, my elderly lady friends, some time go there after prayer meeting on Wednesday Evenings, and just sit inside the restaurant talking, sometimes we don't order anything. But the whole work crew and managers are so sweet and polite with us. They never ask us to leave if we're not ordering food. Amazing, clean. Family restaurant ❤️“

“Was on my way home from the airport and had to get a quick bite to eat. So glad I stopped here! David assisted us through the drive through and man does he go above and beyond for the establishment!! Best customer service!! David educated us on the choices and was patient with our big order. “Their service and staff are great! The wings are amazing, juicy and delicious! The atmosphere a vibe! My first time trying the wings love the combo deals. I had the Wings with Spicy Teriyaki and Lemon pepper fries. Churros made fresh, paired well with the Nutella dip. Overall great vibe, great food, service and price! This place is worth it and definitely a Chicago Best wing spot in my opinion! I will be back to taste the other flavors.“

“We only went for the corn fritters, but they were as good as we remembered. We ate quite a few right in the waiting area (the restaurant is take-out only) while they were freshly made. So delicious!
Vegetarian options: Other than the corn fritters, bean salad, cole slaw and fries, there really are no vegetarian options. This is not a restaurant for vegetarians.“

Always made while you wait, and Manager Dave is thee best cook in town, and goes out of his way to do all those things you love about chicken. 5+ stars thank you Dave for FIRE FRIED CHICKEN ONLY CHICKEN FRANCHISE LEFT THAT IS ? TRUE ?AND DONT MISS THE MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY ITS TO KILL FOR ALONG WITH THAT CHICKEN. ITS THE SAME AS 30 YRS AGO. ONLY CHICKEN I WILL EAT OTHERS DO NOT COMPARE. “This location is the very best for the food and the service in all the whole Chicago area. Every time we come here the food is hot and fresh!!! Somebody needs to recognize these people who cook the food and the young man who works the drive thru window. Out of hundreds of visits to this and other locations not one other location can even come close to the Lombard location. They can teach the others things are 2.

“I finally came to the Chick-fil-A I really wanted to visit. They say it's the hottest franchise restaurant in America, and there were quite a lot of people there even though it was late.
I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and asked for all the sauces. The drink is the real Dr. Pepper.
It looked very neat, and I really liked how it came in a box. I took a bite and wow it was good. The chicken patty was appetizing. It was good too. As for the sauce, the basic Chick-fil-A sauce was the most delicious. The French fries were unique because they were shaped like honeycombs, but the taste was ordinary. But if you eat it with sauce, it becomes special.
I should have gone twice, but I was really disappointed that I could only go once. Next time I come to the United States, I will be the first person to visit.
And the drink cup leaked, so I asked for another cup, but they just gave me another drink. As expected, the carbonated insim was American.“
