David assisted us through the drive through and man does he go above and beyond for the establishment!! Best customer service!! David educated us on the choices and was patient with our big order. “Their service and staff are great! The wings are amazing, juicy and delicious! The atmosphere a vibe! My first time trying the wings love the combo deals. I had the Wings with Spicy Teriyaki and Lemon pepper fries. Churros made fresh, paired well with the Nutella dip. Overall great vibe, great food, service and price! This place is worth it and definitely a Chicago Best wing spot in my opinion! I will be back to taste the other flavors.“

“First time here. Best chicken sandwich in the game right now. I got the spicy sauce and asked for the hot and I thought that was a solid heat but nothing crazy. Sauce was delicious along with the cole slaw and pickles and the fries were also great. Nice light airy crunch, little salt and pepper. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu“

“First time here! Chicken was flavorful & juicy! Even the chicken with no seasoning had a great taste. Reasonable price, I paid about $48 for two adults & one child. The shake was not too sugary - definitely would come back! Just an fyi mild still has a bit of cayenne for those who don’t like anything spicy, I recommend plain.“

“We only went for the corn fritters, but they were as good as we remembered. We ate quite a few right in the waiting area (the restaurant is take-out only) while they were freshly made. So delicious!
Vegetarian options: Other than the corn fritters, bean salad, cole slaw and fries, there really are no vegetarian options. This is not a restaurant for vegetarians.“

“You can not beat the weekly specials. Always made while you wait, and Manager Dave is thee best cook in town, and goes out of his way to do all those things you love about chicken. 5+ stars thank you Dave for FIRE FRIED CHICKEN ONLY CHICKEN FRANCHISE LEFT THAT IS ? TRUE ?AND DONT MISS THE MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY ITS TO KILL FOR ALONG WITH THAT CHICKEN. ITS THE SAME AS 30 YRS AGO. ONLY CHICKEN I WILL EAT OTHERS DO NOT COMPARE. “I always love Uncle Remus I went to the one in Broadview IL it’s very clean spacious dine inn restaurant nice employees now the food is very fresh and the fries love them the sauce is so good sticky sweet and good on that crunchy crispy chicken love it please try it want let you down the world is high as in pricing but don’t let that stop you.“

“This location is the very best for the food and the service in all the whole Chicago area. Every time we come here the food is hot and fresh!!! Somebody needs to recognize these people who cook the food and the young man who works the drive thru window. Out of hundreds of visits to this and other locations not one other location can even come close to the Lombard location. They can teach the others things are 2.

“We do not usually go to this Chick-fil-A. We were meeting family at a halfway point. We had 4 kids with us. The play land was a hit. The one by me does not have one. First of all the staff was great. I ordered a grilled club instead of grilled nuggets.I have a gluten allergy. When I explained what I did they just gave me grilled nuggets at no charge. The customer service by everyone was superb. I love Chick-fil-A. We go often because they treat their customers with kindness.

“1st time beign here after passing it every time for the past 10 years. You walk into a clean fresh bright joint greeted by the women. Menu on the tvs are clean. There is no dirty corner to me that screams alott about the place. So super props for that. Ordered a 2 item fish special. Perch & catfish and comes with fried and a slice of bread. Easy on lemon pepper. And double fried. It was a great experience. Food was delicious. I wasn’t expecting this place to be clean the way it was tho.“

“Went there, they served our food accidentally to the wrong customer, they made us new meals and were very apologetic. Also, they gave us complimentary card for free entry each for the next visit. That was thoughtful of them, specially we waited longer than we had to given the mistake occurred.
