“Pete's is a little treasure! You can always find novel food there you can't always find anywhere else. Like mince pie, and filling, guava paste, an assortment of prepared food, fresh vegetables, and a clean store, with prices below Whole Foods, though at or above Mariano's. Though worth it. I wish I had one a bit closer. Its definitely worth the extra drive to find the foods you love ❤️ to eat.“

“Definitely coming back! I've stopped by a couple of times and been satisfied each time. Their iced lattes are great, but definitely on the sweeter side. They have a bunch of pastries available with dietary restrictions available, I tried the GF banana bread and it was delicious. I do wish they would warm them up, but not sure if that's an option. Staff is kind and patient, and you get your food/drinks very quick. They also have a lot of lunch options that look great, going to give them a try next time. Also, a lot of seating available and never too busy/hectic.“

Regardless of the time of day or how crowded they are the staff is friendly and incredibly efficient. I've never had to wait on my order for more than a couple of minutes. “Visited here for the first time this past week to study. I got the Vanilla Bourbon latte which was fantastic. The barista was so kind! She answered some questions I had and was so helpful. Great environment to get some work done.

I returned again with some friends yesterday and again had a very positive experience. My friend accidentally knocked over her drink, but it was the same barista as last time and she was extremely sweet about it and remade the drink. HIGHLY recommend. So many cafes are too small, too loud, or too inconvenient to get to/park. It's spacious and has lots of room between tables for privacy. Drink choices are creative. I had the turmeric latte and egg breakfast bowl and it was delicious, very filling and freshly made. It's not a super fast place though, so don't go if you're in a hurry.“

Exposed brick, chandeliers, and a plant wall surrounds you - a grateful reprieve from cookie cutter Starbucks decor. Coffee, matcha, and baked goods are top notch (haven't tried cocktails or charcuterie yet). A wonderful mix of professionals, college students, community organizers, and socially conscious suburban moms escaping the kids (I'm sure I'm missing wonderful others). Sometimes I'm not sure how I manage to keep living in the suburbs when the city is still home for me after 10 years in Elmhurst, but Brewpoint certainly makes it easier.“
