I ordered my usual: 6 sodas and 1 iced coffee. I was asked to pull into a waiting spot, even though I only had drinks. There were 4 other cars also waiting. It took ten minutes, iced coffee came out wrong, then I was told there was no more ice coffee. I asked for a refund; no one ever came out. I pulled up to the window to ask for a refund, where then the manager cussed me out, lied about who she was, and told me to "take your money and get out of my drive-thru."
