“Friendly. Polite. Accurate with orders. Clean store. Quick. The Chicken Noodle soup was excellent! Chunks of chicken and carrots! The Broccoli and Cheese soup was good according to my family. Our sandwiches were flavorful, a reasonable amount of toppings, fresh bread and were delicious! I really appreciate the amount of product put on my sandwich without me having to ask. Other Subways go cheap and barely give you any food on the bread. I don’t eat at Subway as often as I would because of this. I forgot about this Subway location. I just happened to google search locations to see which location was closer to me and this store popped up as the closest to me. I will definitely be back!“

“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

“My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“

I called the store and Harry answered and I said I didn’t want to be disrespectful and show up at closing time. He said “come on in no problem!” Then he made me a beautiful sandwich! “You will not find a better Taco Bell store. The staff is amazing, the food is always hot when served, and actually looks like the pictures. The store is clean no matter what time you go in there, and the staff is always friendly yet professional. I've been to Kenosha, Racine, Burlington, and other locations in S.E. Wisconsin, none can compare to the Richmond, Illinois store. As a Packer fan, I don't like giving a win to Illinois, but on this one, this trophy goes to this store.....“

“The pizza was eh. They told us that we needed to call ahead for a full pizza but we were able to get slices. That was good enough and I got cheese fries too. Definitely a very good combo to go for. “I have to rave about the Hispanic ladies that were working when I went there for lunch (4/15/25). I didn’t mind having to wait a minute or two at the front counter to be served, because when I ordered two chicken sandwiches, one of them spicy with no tomato, I was given amazing service. The lady who took my order went out of her way to update me on how much longer it would be, which was very quick considering they made my sandwich without tomato FRESH. And it was so obvious it was fresh: it was literally the biggest, juiciest, best-tasting chicken sandwich I’ve literally gotten anywhere. Including sit-down restaurants! I’m not kidding. I will go out of my way to go to this specific Wendy’s from now on as long as these Hispanic ladies are working here. They obviously care about the quality of food they’re putting out.“
