“It's the best locally. Always a hit! I have to agree with others, I believe the quality has improved. Perfectly thin, fresh, and tender. I always go for the Italian beef and it's just a full meal that im grateful for! The Italian ice is a must! Black Cherry!“

“I have lived in the area for over 30 years and I have seen the place many times, but never stopped. Today we felt adventurous. I am very glad we did. I ordered the Gyro sandwich with the house sauce. They offered tzatziki or their homemade sauce, I would recommend the homemade sauce. The fries tasted like classic fast food fries, however with an extra dash of salt. Finger licking good.
We tried the chicken nuggets and they taste like how a McDonald’s nugget should taste like. Very crispy and delicious. The hot dog was a classic Chicago dog with poppy seed bun. I would prefer this dog over Portillos.
As far as the service, they were quick and efficient. If you are in the mood for fast food, I would reccomend you give them a shot.“

“Junior desrves some special recogntion. Great Store I go there daily. I most love their staff. Junior is very helpful, is willing to assist you and is very focused on the customer he is the best. Even when I go on weekends he is their ready to help. I watch him make every customer that comes in feel special. “Very good hotdogs and fries. The fries are hand cut and fried without a timer. This does cause some fries to be over cooked. Yet, most of the fries are delicious. Not sure when they changed the hot dogs, but they are longer. Still good and have a snap. All the condiments were great.“

“Five Guys lived up to their reputation. Tuesday, 5/15/18, was my first time at the Downers Grove location. That Bacon Cheese Burger was great. Just as expected from the many Chicago locations in the past. The two young men on duty offered service with smiles.“

“The food is better than Maxwell Street: the Polish are excellent, they have fresh cut fries, the hotdogs are the best, the Italian beef are fresh, excellent and the best as well as the Gyros and the Service: Gee and Jacob are EXCELLENT!!!!

“I miss the location that closed because it was nearby my work but I took my family to this location tonight and the service was the best ive had at a that burger joint. Nathan and team made sure the order was completed correctly, put a to go order to the side and kept it hot and worked very fast to complete our order. It was great!“

“My 5 star review is entirely in part due to the customer service from Sam/ Phil. We arrived and explained to Sam that we previously had a negative experience but that it was a while ago and we hadn’t had a chance to come back sooner. But we were told to come in and explain that we spoke to Phil and we’d be taken care of. Sam went to the back so speak with Phil on the matter of course and when he returned he took complete care of us, no questions. It’s simple customer service like this that will have us coming back to this location time and time again. Thank you Sam, thank you Phil. We appreciate your great customer service.“

“I visited Five Guys with family to Oswego, IL location since the regular Naperville branch got closed. I need to admit the fact the Five Guys consistently maintain their quality and clean ambience however the most important thing is about Edgar S who gave us an excellent service starting from order with a pleasant greeting and we totally liked his professionalism and he seem to be a great asset to Five Guys and deserves a rise in his job which is clearly evident from his work ethics and customer etiquette.

“Honestly great place. Me and my friends have been going to this place all of our childhood and into our new adult lives and the place has always without fail meet and sometimes exceeded our expectations. It’s always a great time when we visit and the food is bomb! Great portion size and taste. The food is always ready fast and they have a lot on their menu. 10/10 would recommend😌“
