For those of you who have celiac disease or are gluten intolerant, the jibarito Is a dream because instead of having bread for the sandwich, they use plantains. For those with no gluten sensitivity or intolerance, the pistachio and vanilla tres leches are out of this world! All their food is freshly made. This place is truly a treasure!“
