He handled it all with poise and great service despite there being some rude customers and under stress. Acknowledged people by name and stayed calm while still following great procedure of quality and cleanliness!

Only suggestion would be to staff better — this is one of many times I have come to this location and there is only one team member on the shift. Management/company issue - not employees fault.“

“I go to this location quiet often, but I was extremely disappointed as well as angry with what I saw today at this location. (3/9/25 at 5:35pm) The 3 customers that were ahead of me placed their orders were first timers I found out. The young lady that was fixing their smoothies dropped a cup on the floor, picked the cup up from the floor then sat the cup to the side. As she finished one smoothie she pulled a fresh cup, then the 2nd smoothie she proceeded to pour it in the cup that she picked up off the floor. I told the young lady that took my order, so she then pulled the young to the side to tell her that I saw what she did then she looks at me and says "I'm Sorry" (I said to her): What do mean you are sorry, why would you do that, and why are you giving that to her, you need to remake that smoothie ...and guess what she did not. I'm just want to make people aware: Watch the people that prepare your sandwiches/smoothies or anything of that sort. It's not their stuff, they're not paying for it so they don't care. That was just the epitome of nasty and extremely unsanitary. She didn't have on a Tropical Cafe shirt, she had on a gray shirt, she may have been new, I'm not sure but we need to learn to do better when working with the public. Don't do things to people that you don't want done to you!!!!! FYI...the name on the ticket was: Shelia G“

“This place is great for after the gym. We would always come after track practice on Saturday and get Jamba and load around the whole day. This smoothie would be a great refresher on a hot day. It was nice to get either fruit or the protein chocolate moo to help you recover after a hot day of practice. The smoothies are kinda expensive, but I guess fruit is just expensive.“

“I am pretty critical of boba as there are so many places that pop up and fall short. I was honestly very impressed with palgong and have nothing but good things to say.
1) we arrived an hour before closing, and the tapioca was still fresh with a good chew (already winning in my book!)
2) they had a great selection of flavors, but more importantly, they offered the classic flavors like regular milk tea which had the perfect amount of ice & sweetness.
3) the Korean corn dogs are made in house which I thought was so cool! They are 100% beef which is appreciated since I don’t eat pork. It was fried to perfection and dressed with yummy sauces.
4) they had some fun activities, there was a wall of claw machines that you could buy tokens to play and another side that had some free family games like jenga and connect four.
5) Lastly, and one of the most important points; it was very clean inside like surprisingly clean. The tables did not have crumbs or anything sticky, the bathroom was spotless.
I love when establishment pays attention to large & small details, it is very aesthetically decorated . I will definitely be back when I’m in the area and highly recommend to anyone looking for some good bubble tea!
Also, I thought their prices were fair. Great place to check out with family and friends.“

Every time I go to this Michoacan restaurant, they serve me very well, they have reasonable prices, and I have never had a bad experience. “Hey guys thank you for checking out this new review for this spot I just stumbled upon calledThe grand nutrition bar so my understanding this black woman establishment in protein and natural teas/ detox smoothies I was on the side of town actually to get a tuna sandwich from the unbeatable eatables sandwich shop a couple doors over but before I left I noticed this new business so I decided to check it out because if anybody knows me physical fitness is very important to me and I live in clean eating lifestyle and I love tea not talking about diabetic teeth with tons of sugar just natural lemon and ginger and I love smoothies so anyway I walk into this establishment and the vibe was kind of off there was some gentlemen in there I didn't know if they were customers or if they were the owners but it just wasn't a welcoming ride they were having a conversation sitting and chairs by the back wall I don't know how long this establishment has been up maybe they were still getting stuff together and establishment but I acknowledge them and they didn't really say too much but anyway I was about to leave but I had it over to the bar with a helpful staff member she walking through what the tease and smoothies were about and it's really sounded up my alley or something that I pretty much have in my regular routine actually I was walking to the counter to ask if they had a flyer and she said no but I continue to ask her about me the smoothies detox teas Etc and I picked to delicious teas that I definitely have to come back and Sample I was so glad that she was there to give me the knowledge and I end up making her a good sale and she has a routine customer but before that I was about to honestly leave out because of the vibe I got from the gentleman and establishment it wasn't anything harmful they just didn't have a welcoming ride it's almost like I walked in they looked at me like who are you instead of greeting your customer with enthusiasm but hey other than that if you are in the neck of the woods and encourage you guys to come out and support like businesses I look forward to seeing many more things with this establishment hope you guys like my review never mind you my whole purpose is never to kick down any business I am just giving you guys my experience when I was at this establishment you might have your own experience when you visit check it out“

We had it delivered and the order arrived quickly. The bowl was very good, and the chia banana boost smoothie and peanut paradise were blended perfectly. Highly recommend for smoothies and a quick bite to eat. Their food selection is a lot more expansive than other chain smoothie points. Love the pesto breakfast wrap and Baja chicken wrap!“

“it was closer to closing time so it was mostly empty. they have a nice ambiance and everything is reasonably priced and they let you try the desserts before purchasing which is helpful. i wish i lived a little closer but i would still come again. the knafeh, harisa, and all of their pistachio baklava was sooo good!! you can even ask about their pistachio cheesecake, fried Oreos, Dubai chocolate bites, and other cakes if you have a sweet tooth.

“My husband and I stopped here on a whim after leaving the airport and I must say the food was amazing! We were greeted with a smile and they were very patient, kind, and helpful as I ordered in Spanish. (The mango Agua Fresca is a must try!) We enjoyed the chips and salsa as well as their outstanding asada tacos. They were happy to ask how we liked everything and of course we let them know it was so good. So happy to have found an authentic taco spot with so many great options. We vowed to make dining at Gelatinas a regular trip :)
