Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. “Frankie's since 1988 is hands-down, the best restaurant in the southwest Chicago suburbs. My son and I went for my birthday and there was no place I would rather go. The decor is trendy yet elegant and I really enjoyed the music that was playing. Service was quick and friendly. The signature Frankie's old-fashioned was amazing! Although the lasagna is my absolute favorite, I like to try the chef specials whenever possible, especially the seasonal ones. We had the pumpkin lasagna and the butternut squash risotto with crumbled Italian sausage.... Both were amazing! Whether it's your 20th time back or your first time here, the staff and the owner will make you feel like Family. This is truly a gem in the south suburbs. “So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. I went to Krave Restaurant in Bridgeview last week and really liked it the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The place is cozy and easy to feel comfortable

We had the Lamb Chops & Eggs and it was really good the lamb was tasty and eggs cooked just right. Also tried the waffles they were light and fluffy with bacon and eggs really hit the spot. Portions are big so you leave full

“I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. I thought it would be maybe $5.00. Very disappointed. Had I known this, I would have come into the restaurant and ate there had them provide me with service. I am a senior and that was definetly not right. I've already instructed my family not to get me gift card from Maple and Jam.“
