“We went to El Camino to celebrate the Birthday of my son's fiancé. We had a great time. The food was delicious and seeing there were 12 of us we had a good variety of menu items. Everyone loved it. our waitress Emma was a pure delight. It was pretty busy when we got there and she never missed a beat. Very friendly, attentive, and prompt. Great food,service, and atmosphere. we highly recommend.“

Good draft selection. (32 0z. option, mmm). Cheese curd sampler outstanding. The two of us almost couldn't eat more. Glad we did, though. Double patty smash burger, yummy. Three bacon choices, yummy. (Think large Steak and Shake, but GOOD). Fresh cut fries, battered fries, and tons of menu choices. Will be back.“

“Walked in to pick up my order and was attended quite fast. My food wasn't ready but it didnt take long. The cashier was kind and welcoming. I ripped open my bag in the restaurant to check if they had put my Culver sauces in there because other locations dont put them in, but this location did and im very great full for that because I pay .50c each for those. It may not be a lot of money, but it's still a payment that im making for a product. I hope I didnt offend the workers. Would order from here again, i'd just rather use the drive-thru“

“We had reservations for 6:30pm on a Thursday night. At the time of reservation we requested a quiet table because we had my 78yr old father who has hearing aids and loud noise makes it difficult for him. When we entered the restaurant there was a band right to the side of the door. The hostess brought us to a table at the far back of the restaurant but it didn't matter where you were seated; it was loud. Whether you were 78, 48 or 18 the band was loud and made it hard to have a conversation, especially when ordering from our waitress. Because of the loud band our waitress didn't hear our food order correctly and brought out wrong plates of food. She apologized and did what she could to make it right. I don't think we'll be coming back for dinner when there is a band in this small establishment, unless we plan to just hang at the bar for a drink.“

The cook was friendly and took the time to prepare everything properly, even though it meant waiting a little longer. Unfortunately, the bartender seemed more focused on her phone and other customers than on us, which really affected the experience. 😕📱 The food was excellent, but the service left us disappointed and may keep us from returning. ⭐“

“We went to Kenosha’s Mission BBQ. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service from the minute we walked in. We were greeted by Alex as if we were old friends. I need to add that I had never met this young man before walking in the door. I have dietary restrictions. He helped me place my order, provided nutrition lists and helped to make sure everything I ordered matched my needs. I have never had any restaurant help me with such sincerity before. We were also helped by a second employee to make sure the elderly person with us had the best seat for her needs. She later stopped back to see how everything else was. In addition, Alex stopped back to see if I was happy with the food choices he helped me choose. We were again surprised when Alex stopped back yet again with a special dessert treat and helped me to determine how much of it I could safely eat. I can only say “Wow!” I will certainly go back here again and if I had the ability I’d give Alex a raise! We were made to feel as if we mattered not just as customers but as people. I wish more places had employees Thank you Alex! If this is how Mission BBQ provides service more companies could learn from them and from Alex.“

“Lovely place to have a relaxing ans quiet breakfast, my wife and I loved the food and the relaxing atmosphere at this place, service was awesome and food was delicious, my wife had a spinach and feta omelette and I had gyro omelette and fries .. it was Delicious, fries were awesome and coffee was just as delicious as any fancy place we've been before... prices are better than other fancy restaurants, if you want to experience a quiet no trills breakfast or luch make sure you visit this awesome quiet place, you will not regret it and I know you will come back for more.“

“My fiancé and I went for breakfast at the Gurnee location yesterday. Both mens and womens bathrooms were out of order. No additional bathrooms for the employees!!! How can a restaurant be able to be open without facilities for patrons let alone the employees working an 8 hour shift!?!? Our waitress pleaded for me to call OCHEA!! She also said it is not the first time!!“

“Most excellent burger my husband has ever had. Ordered Wisconsin burger. It had large beef patty, brat, saurkraut, cheese, etc. I had chicken cesar wrap. It was so full and so good. Ordered our fries & tots crispy and they were done to perfection. The waitress was busy but she moved about so quickly and checked on us multiple times. Excellent all around. It was late evening on 7/12/26 - can't recall waitresses name.“

“Very Good Dinner tonight. We had Brisket dinner over mashed, dark chicken thighs with mashed and garlic shrimp over pasta. All meals were quite good. Ample portions. Only fault today, Food came out too fast... salad was 2 minutes behind our appetizer, and main course was out before we were done with our salads. We will be back.“

“My favorite pizza in the area! Gluten-free friendly, amazing food and even better service. I had a large pickup order today for myself and my family and when I arrived the kitchen manager came out to describe that they had to restart one of the pizzas, offering to let me go now with the rest of my order - plus the messup free for extra snackage - and that he would come deliver the remake himself in a bit so I didn’t have to wait. The entire staff was so friendly, kind and accommodating during the pickup and communication process. If you haven’t had Kaisers, what’re ya doin??“
