Theres a hostess there named Melissa who is absolutely wonderful and nice and made me feel extra comfortable gaming there . Shes always checking how people are doing and always make sure people have refreshments. Would defintly recommend this place !“

“As a frequent guest, familiarity with a restaurant can sharpen both appreciation and critique, and my most recent visit offered a bit of both. Despite a typically packed Friday evening, our reservation was honored immediately—an efficiency that regulars have come to value at this always-busy establishment. The evening’s only notable drawback began with the seating. As a party of two, we were placed near the bar in a high-traffic area, which, combined with the restaurant’s characteristically high noise level, made for a less intimate dining experience. Service was prompt and capable, though somewhat impersonal. Culinarily, the meal was uneven but largely successful. The walleye fish fry, a dish I had been anticipating, was merely average and carried a slightly fishy note that raised questions about freshness. In contrast, the eggplant and shrimp dishes were well executed and thoroughly enjoyable, reminding us why we return so often. Taken as a whole, this visit reflected the restaurant’s usual strengths with a few minor missteps. While not a standout evening, it was still a solid experience and, consistent with most visits, earns a respectable 4 out of 5.“

“We went to El Camino to celebrate the Birthday of my son's fiancé. We had a great time. The food was delicious and seeing there were 12 of us we had a good variety of menu items. Everyone loved it. our waitress Emma was a pure delight. It was pretty busy when we got there and she never missed a beat. Very friendly, attentive, and prompt. Great food,service, and atmosphere. we highly recommend.“

“😀Great food, however, the “build your own burger“was a disappointment. The onions tasted bitter and very salty. I got the worst case of heartburn from this burger! OMG. Otherwise, everything else is top quality! Be careful when ordering this “build your own burger.”🍔 I’ve never tasted onions so bad, and seem to be imbedded into the meat that tasted so bitter and awful salty. “Really enjoyed our visit to MBC. Our bartender, Christian, was spot on. She answered my many questions quickly and correctly. A small mix-up in my order was remedied immediately. Good draft selection. (32 0z. option, mmm). Cheese curd sampler outstanding. The two of us almost couldn't eat more. Glad we did, though. Double patty smash burger, yummy. Three bacon choices, yummy. (Think large Steak and Shake, but GOOD). Fresh cut fries, battered fries, and tons of menu choices. Will be back.“

“We had just a fantastic experience at Papa Marcos while staying in Waukegan. We started with Hummus and Baba Ghanoush, both were incredibly creamy in texture and tasted delicious. Our server kept bringing us more bread at no extra charge to dip! She was extremely friendly the whole night, made great conversation and gave a lot of insight on the food, which I’m sure is very helpful for folks unfamiliar with Lebanese cuisine. I ate a combination platter with lamb and chicken kabob which were both delicious, but the highlight was the beef kufta—impossibly complex flavor and so delicious. It also had some delicious sautéed veggies, which I often feel are missing from dishes like this at other Mediterranean restaurants.
We were also given an array of sauces to use, the tahini-based one was incredible. Complimentary baklava at the end ain’t too shabby, either!“

“We came here as we were going to the Premium outlet later and this place opened early.
Ami and Olivia greeted us warmly and served us coffee right away. They explained the menu and took our order. Ami also took the time to tell us about some of the interesting things to do around the area as it was my first time in Chicago and Wisconsin.
We ordered the basic breakfast. Potatoes and eggs were very good. Bacon was hard and sausage was ok.
For me, the true gems of the place are the 2 young ladies and I would go back to experience their great service.“

“My fiancé and I went for breakfast at the Gurnee location yesterday. Both mens and womens bathrooms were out of order. No additional bathrooms for the employees!!! How can a restaurant be able to be open without facilities for patrons let alone the employees working an 8 hour shift!?!? Our waitress pleaded for me to call OCHEA!! She also said it is not the first time!!“

“Went for valentine dinner and wife had French onion soup, salad wedge, and Chilean sea bass done perfectly. I had there new bread made on premise, salad wedge, filet, with lobster shavings on top, mashed potatoes, asparagus. Of course martinis and old fashions.“
