“Botanero Latino is one of those hidden gems with great food and even better vibes. I’m always looking for spots that are a little lowkey but still hit, and this place definitely delivers. Coming from LA, it’s not easy finding somewhere that feels like home, but Botanero Latino really gives me that same energy. “Stopped at the wall after watching The exorcist believer which I actually thought was pretty good despite the reviews lol but only to see what the place looked like and to show others who might be interested in visiting themselves. I did a little digging online and seen that they have a bingo night which I would like to come back to but overall there is plenty of space and this is a great option if you want to just find a relaxing place to sit down relax watch a game and enjoy your meal plus if you go in the middle of the week in the middle of the day it's like you have a whole theater to yourself plus zifaros make some of the best fries I've had believe it or not.“

“Very Good Dinner tonight. We had Brisket dinner over mashed, dark chicken thighs with mashed and garlic shrimp over pasta. All meals were quite good. Ample portions. Only fault today, Food came out too fast... salad was 2 minutes behind our appetizer, and main course was out before we were done with our salads. We will be back.“

“A very relaxing space with a wide range of ages. Typical bar food but the fries are amazing and burgers can be stuffed and were delicious. Deep fried pickle spears are a new favorite. Our server, Lena, was manning the bar and tables by herself on a busy Friday night. She did extremely well. The guys at the grill were focused and just kept pumping out the food. I enjoyed the spin wheel. Great place to spend an early Friday night. Fun aesthetic, as it is like a garage.“

My friend and I received our free drink, and because the bartender, Bonnie, was attentive and sweet, we stayed for a couple more drinks and ordered some food. “In town kicking off a fishing trip and ended up reeling in a great find at Tavern on 6th! We popped in just for cocktails while deciding where to have dinner—spoiler: we stayed put and never looked back. The Wisconsin Old Fashioned (sweet, naturally) was spot on: smooth, balanced, and exactly what a proper WI old fashioned should be. Then came the shareables: Buffalo chicken egg rolls—crispy perfection with the ideal shell-to-filling ratio. Bucket of Balls (yes, it’s fun to say)—tender, juicy meatballs swimming in a zippy marinara we shamelessly dipped everything into. Steak quesadilla with salsa that could win awards. Rich, smoky, flavorful—it nearly upstaged the quesadilla itself. Special shoutout to our waitress, Lainy, who was an absolute gem—super friendly, incredibly attentive, and spot-on with her recommendations. She definitely added to the vibe and made the visit even better. This one’s officially on the must-stop list for all future Kenosha trips. Whether you’re casting a line or just passing through, don’t sleep on this place.“

“Came in Christmas Eve for some dinner and drinks, we were treated with the amazing service of the new owner and his son. Absolutely incredible! We had the honor of sampling the Indian food they were making (I couldn’t help but ask because it smelled so good) after trying it, I am looking forward to coming back and these items hopefully being on the menu! The flavors we experienced is what all residents of Wisconsin/Illinois need!“

“An amazing bar, great atmosphere, a great time, the best birthday celebration I've ever seen at a restaurant. Wasn't even anyone I was connected to, but I felt joy and celebrated this strangers birthday because of how well this place celebrated for him. Delicious food, like always, I ordered a steak burrito, and this one is definitely worth ordering again and to take home for the road as well.“
