First off, Bill was an excellent server. Very impressed.
The food was good (our group had pizza, shrimp fettuccine, and lasagna), but can use a kick up of garlic on the garlic bread and the pastas. The Alfredo sauce was very rich, which is good-just needed a bit more garlic salt. Again, lasagna needed garlic. Pizza was good-nice and thick, full of toppings...good pub pizza...maybe a little more pizza sauce would give it more of a kick in flavor. Overall, impressed. Will definitely be getting pizza from there again. ?“

The website gives us the option to select contactless and I do because I hate touching the pen. I’m sure they are just doing as they are told of course but asking again for a tip feels like extortion. I tip about 70% of the time on the window pickup orders. I wish they would just hand my stuff instead of pressuring me.“

“Met friends for a birthday. She ordered a chef's salad and pepperoni pizza, and I ordered the Royal Feast. It was excellent! After eating at P.K. for over 50 years, I'm thankful and amazed that the recipe hasn't been changed for the Royal Feast!“

“Got in close to opening. All food fresh, staff was was over the top in accommodating! I thought I should be paying more!!“

“Extremely disappointed. I placed an online order for delivery but we did not receive our entire order and the driver couldn’t find my house. I called the store to ask for the salad to be delivered but they said they could not deliver it. Then I asked to be refunded for my salad and tip but all I was offered was a $10 credit on my next order, or I could pick up the salad myself. The manager says their store is unable refund any orders. TERRIBLE customer service. I will never order from these guys again and I’d suggest others don’t as well. Any problem with your delivery and you won’t get any real help.Update: I called this morning and spoke with the store general manager. She was extremely nice and helpful. She refunded the price of my missing food with no problems. Thank you for the positive interaction this morning. I have increased my rating from 1 to 4.“

“Ordered online everytime. Very good service. Last time I ordered was online. The app crashed and multiple orders were backed up. I called and the manager answered with a quick response and question and seemed a little annoyed. I would recommend checking online orders and just send a message via text or call if some prefer to let us know. She seemed sweet every other time I placed my order for delivery.

My kids get dominos as a weekly reward for great grades or if we win a game. It's really more of a helpful tool to get the kids all happy and it's quick and convenient. The prices are great. I feel the sauce to cheese ratio could be a bit better. But again it's better than going to Little Ceasers pizza from the day before just reheated.
