“The food was just fine to be consumed but I could tell that they needed more customers so that they could keep fresher ingredients for the sandwiches and there. That place is spotless and the people were nthe food like I'm saying was edible they wouldn't bad but it was close to being questionable was. Bars what do you want people to say that didn't look super fresh? You know I mean it slightly trying to go?. Don't take that the wrong way not go there they need more business.“

“I went for the first time tonight. Staff was inviting, manager was helpful, food was great. I took a minute browsing the menu, manager could tell it was my first visit. “Great guys working and willing to remake my reuben bc I didnt specify what kind of bread I wanted it on. I guess I was expecting it on rye or something other than white. The owner or manager even gave me the first one free since they couldn't resell or use it.“

“We order through Doordash almost daily! The Macallister's club is amazing with the potato soup.Only downside is that the store doesn't accept additional requests, so I cant ask for more crackers. They only give 1 maybe 2 crackers- and thats if your lucky!!! All in all its a good meal when your trying to eat and not over eat.“

We recently placed a catering order with Penn Station for our company meeting, and everything was absolutely perfect! A huge thank you to Corbin, the General Manager, for ensuring that the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The order arrived right on time, the food was fresh and delicious, and all of the toppings were packaged separately just as we had requested — which made serving so easy for our team.

“Penn Station has my favorite fries, bar none. I used to go to one by an old job so often, they put my picture on the wall. My girl laughs at the sign every time we pass one, because she says it look like it says, "Peast Coast Subs" I also like the chicken parm“

“I ordered from the subway mobile app kept the sandwiches basic asked for no tomatoes and toasted.

The sandwiches were delivered fast I opened to see none were toasted and they had tomatoes in them still and so much sauce it was leaking everywhere.

I attempted to call the location a gentleman answered I advised the sandwiches were made improperly he was polite and advised to bring them in and he would remake them both. As I am not able to come in for this right away I advised I would come with both sandwiches after 4pm as this was my lunch delivery and I have no time before being off work.

Now I will not get my deliver fee back or anything but keep in mind it was not the delivery guys fault and the shop is willing to fix this as well.

I appreciated the way the staff/owner/or gentleman handled my call with white glove service and respect and will order again for those reasons.“

“I didn’t want a wrap, wanted to have the inside of the wrap without the tortilla. I asked if I could have the ingredients in a salad bowl. No bowls!!! But instead they made the wrap with iceberg lettuce…absolutely delicious!!! Moist, crisp chicken, no runny liquid from excess dressing…. amazing, best wrap I’ve ever had!!! It should be on the menu!!! Wish this chain could be found in the East bay of the San Francisco area!!!“

“Ordered several sandwiches through doordash. One of our sandwiches was toasted in error. The Mgr immediately replaced the sandwich and apologized for the inconvenience. Really appreciate the quick resolution and great customer service. Thank you!“
