The food was hot and tasty when I received it. This was my first time trying Zaxby’s and it was a really great experience! Definitely going again.“

Furthermore, when we first arrived and were being shown to our table, she was eating; I would assume employees should have a designated break time or something similar for meals, rather than eating during work hours.“

We had a party of 25+ people that we needed to reserve a room for an after engagement dinner and everyone we spoke with on the phone and at the restaurant were super helpful and accommodating. We have been customers for years and this was our first time having something this big. Hats off to all who were involved and making all of us feel so welcomed. They even gave the engagement couple a card signed by all the staff…..who does that anymore?? We are big on great customer service and it’s rare to find these days. “We ordered CFA for our son’s graduation party but when my husband went to pick it up, he drove off with the food—not realizing they were still bringing out another bag! A super nice woman from the store immediately called me to let me know and said she’d send a driver to personally deliver the forgotten tray of nuggets to our home in Brownsburg. He arrived quickly and was exceptionally polite. Customer service like that is what makes CFA stand out! Thank you so much and the kids at his party LOVED the food!!! ❤️❤️❤️“

“My 4 year old son and I stopped in here for dinner on a boys night out together. Often driving by he’s been asking to go and see the trains, I haven’t dined in, in many years usually just doing carry out. So I was honestly not even sure how much effort they still put into the whole train tracks, tvs in booths, etc. these days. I was very impressed by everything! The service, the family atmosphere, the effort they put in for the kids to see the drinks come around. They would even send different toys and “riders” around on the trains from time to time from the kitchen when they didn’t have drinks to deliver that got him super excited. I thought it was just little things like that they should be recognized for. Obviously beyond all this the food was excellent. The kids pizza meal was a great value for a pizza, bag of chips, and a drink.“

Not only that, I also got their chicken & waffle sandwich, and I had to try it with the Savannah Heat flavor again. The waffle itself was perfection with slightly sweet glaze that made every bite better than the last. The chicken was tender, juicy, with the perfect crunch. Add the syrup on top? Game over: Absolute perfection‼️‼️‼️ But honestly, the food was only half of the experience. The hospitality took everything to another level. I met the mother, daughter, and grandmother. Three beautiful, genuine women who showed real love and care. We had great conversation, they treated me like family, and even sent me off with greens and cornbread. Everybody knows the way to someone’s heart is through their stomach and today for lunch I didn’t just find amazing food, I feel like I found a new family. “I have been a regular customer for some time. The food and the service is pretty good. I don’t think I’ll be eating there in the evening anymore. The young man that is the cashier has an I don’t care about doing the cashier job, I have had problems with him before, but called in a take-out order. When I came to pick it up it wasn’t where they usually put the takeouts. I waited about 5 minutes, nothing. So I went to the look to see if he was busy. One of the waiters told me he was doing grubhub and apologized to me. Come to find out my takeout and another persons take out were where no one could see them. The waiter sets mine up where I could see it. I don’t know how long it had been siting there. Disgusted I picked it up and put the cash on the register and left, my order was cold and soggy. My complaint is this individual doesn’t seem to give any priority to the customers. The grubhub person was not even around.“

“Nice crowded yet quick fast casual place. We had aalarge group of 9 and were accomodated easily! I had the ½ French Dip & a side of steamed broccoli. The beef was incredible, the sandwich was great and a good aize for the money. The broccoli was flavored really well and not overcooked which can be easy to do. The people ringing us out, bringing the food, g bussing were very warm and welcoming.“
