“We were at Bar Louie last night for a going away party with a large group! We made reservations and we’re late to them but they still were able to seat us anyway which we appreciated. Emily was our server and she was amazing!! All the food & drink orders were perfect despite us making many changes to cocktails, she was prompt with service, and was so friendly! We will absolutely be back and hope to have Emily again! It’s a fun atmosphere for a weekend night with a large group!“
“Flew up to Indy to experience March Madness at the Ale. It has exceeded expectations on all levels. Words cannot describe the exceptional service from top to bottom and they clearly have a great culture. Service, food, and atmosphere make this one of the best sports bars. “AJs is hands down my favorite place to eat. We go here as often as we can and we order food from them ALL the time. The food NEVER MISSES. Not one time has the food been sub par or anything less than perfect. And I am talking about dozens and dozens of time. Not just a handful. No where else has consistently cooked delicious food. It would even be okay if they had a miss once in a while, but they just don’t. Lol. When I ask my kids what they want to eat for dinner it is AJs 9/10 times. We mostly order out but when we dine in, the staff is amazing and the times are fast. When I just sit at the bar for a drink, the bartenders are friendly and attentive. “It's a total dive, but it literally has the miloyst diverse crowd I've ever seen. Hippies and socialites in fur coats .lol ..cheap basic drinks. Always seems to be something going on. I recently moved to neighborhood so it's 2 seconds away. Also as a single woman. The vibe was chill and the bartenders are mindful. Never felt uncomfortable stopping for a drink in the way on home, or getting a cocktail on a random Tuesday by myself. I never felt like prey, so ++ on that.“

“Great dive bar with good food. After reading the reviews I expected some magical meal here, but it was just good. Nothing special unfortunately. We had the everything pizza, burger, and two other sandwiches. All fairly good. Loved the dive bar atmosphere, complete with cigarette smoke. Hard to find a smoking bar, especially one that serves good food. Young lady was our server and was great. I would recommend it if you like this kind of place, like I do.“

“Whewwwww the smoke is bad in here. We walked in on a Friday night and it looked like we were walking into somewhere with a fog machine lol If you can get past the smoke, it's a pretty awesome place. It was our first time in and we were just looking for a night cap. Rob was an icon and kept us laughing. He was so jolly and you could tell he loved his job. The drinks were cold and it seemed as if there were a ton of regulars. They have a couple of pool tables and pull tabs. Wish we lived closer so we could come back more, but will stop by when we are in the area again. Hopefully though next time, everyone and their grandma won't be smoking.“
“I've been going to this place every since it was Bubbas, Buzz, back to Bubbas, RnR/Ravens Restaurant, to what it is now. Seen many people of management and workers, come and go. I've met plenty of people on the pool tables and ran into people from school and the streets. The drinks are fair, depending on who's making it and the wings are stellar, as long as my guy is back there. My rating is due to the fact that it hasn't expanded space wise and the pool tables and cue sticks made to be replaced.Other than that, it's a great place to go watch the game, drink, and eat.
