Maybe not the worst, but pretty bad. In business, I believe every aspect points to leadership. Clearly, there's little. Either a lack of training in restaurant management or just management period. There's no reason in today's restaurant market should customers wait well over 30 minutes for food...of any kind. My family and I decided to get a carry out from this restaurant. We've drove past this place so many times and decided to check it out. When we arrived there was a short line and it gave us time to look over the menu. As I looked around I noticed they have a bar to the left and the dine in area is to the right. Food is really solid. Wait is a little too long and process still needs some work (a lot). The lady at the register, Jae, was super nice. She was great at answering my questions and gracious given how swamped she was.
