“Stopped by the Starbucks on W Main St in Carmel, and it turned out to be a solid location overall. The store itself is surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to sit and a nice, open layout. Restrooms were clean, which I always appreciate, especially at a busier spot like this. For how busy it was, the place was packed, but the staff clearly had a system that kept everything moving. I did have to wait a bit longer than usual for my order, but given the volume of customers, it made sense. The biggest downside was the parking lot, which felt messy and unorganized with cars constantly weaving in and out. Once you’re inside, though, the experience is much better. A good stop for coffee if you don’t mind navigating the chaotic parking.

The location is spotless and feels brand new, with a clean, fresh vibe that’s rare to find inside grocery stores. Everything was organized and welcoming.
We ordered a Dragon Fruit Lemonade and one of the new iced coffee specials, both were refreshing and delicious. But what truly stood out was the service.
We were helped by a man (stylish and full of positive energy!) who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He noticed the print on my husband’s T-shirt and struck up a friendly conversation, it felt like chatting with a neighbor, not just placing an order.
That kind of genuine human interaction is rare nowadays. So often, you feel like people are going through the motions, but here we felt seen, appreciated, and uplifted. The whole team created such a warm, personal vibe.
Highly recommend this location, not just for great coffee, but for the people who make it a joy to visit.“
“Hi! I've been going to this starbucks since before it was remodeled. My father used to be the district manager over this starbucks and a few others. This starbucks has always been my favorite though. It feels like a second home to me. The staff get so excited when I come in which really makes my day. They do an excellent job making sure everyone feels welcomed and safe. The only downside I can really think of about this starbucks is actually quite funny. The staff have coined this "Frappuccino Friday". This is when all the neighboring middleschoolers (there is quite a few) flock to this starbucks on Friday between around 3:00-5:00 . It gets super loud and crazy. So much so that they have to ask to see your receipt to confirm purchases. The staff however make it work. I still am trying to figure out how because if I was in that position- I wouldn't last 5 minutes. Fantastic starbucks <3

She’s definitely passionate about giving outstanding service and spreading awareness to people about cystic fibrosis as a promise to her little niece. ❤️“

“This morning, I visited this lovely branch and ordered an Americano coffee for my husband, and for myself, I had 3 shots of espresso over ice with two pumps of white mocha.
The place is clean and well-organized, with beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas, as well as convenient to-go options. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and professional.
