Starbucks in Carmel

“This morning, I visited this lovely branch and ordered an Americano coffee for my husband, and for myself, I had 3 shots of espresso over ice with two pumps of white mocha.
The place is clean and well-organized, with beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas, as well as convenient to-go options. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and professional.
I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend everyone to enjoy this great experience!“

“I absolutely adore this Starbucks, you can go to any location to get your food or drink, but here you get the most amazing staff who are always incredibly friendly and just so hard working. Every time we come in they are always smiling and just so happy. Thank you guys so much for being the most amazing team and always making our mornings when we come in. “Hi! I've been going to this starbucks since before it was remodeled. My father used to be the district manager over this starbucks and a few others. This starbucks has always been my favorite though. It feels like a second home to me. The staff get so excited when I come in which really makes my day. They do an excellent job making sure everyone feels welcomed and safe. The only downside I can really think of about this starbucks is actually quite funny. The staff have coined this "Frappuccino Friday". This is when all the neighboring middleschoolers (there is quite a few) flock to this starbucks on Friday between around 3:00-5:00 . It gets super loud and crazy. So much so that they have to ask to see your receipt to confirm purchases. The staff however make it work. I still am trying to figure out how because if I was in that position- I wouldn't last 5 minutes. Fantastic starbucks <3

“I go to Starbucks frequently. The folks that work there are always friendly. They really appreciate ordering ahead of time using the app. However, the app is not always up to par. The coffee and food are delicious. Very enjoyable healthier options.“

“I've been to many Starbucks and this one has the best tasting drinks. I will go out of my way to get my drinks from here. I order using the app and haven't had any issues either. Quick service, usually done before estimated time, and friendly workers.“

“Came here on 9/17. Dana took care of us through the drive thru and let me just say… that woman needs a promotion immediately. She is just full of love and joy and could turn anyone’s day around! This location is also just so convenient, easy to get in and out, super quick service, and if Dana is working, you are sure to have amazing service! :)“

“Came to this location for the first time on my break (I work at the chipotle nearby) and got some drinks for my coworkers and I. I could tell she wasn't in the best mood, probably because she was literally the only one there, and it was close to closing. I had 4 drinks and she made them all perfectly, and efficiently. She’s definitely passionate about giving outstanding service and spreading awareness to people about cystic fibrosis as a promise to her little niece. ❤️“
