“Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

“OK, the beer list is amazing and you just can’t say anything more than what you probably already know on that. But you need to know that the wings are expertly cooked very well seasoned perfect perfectly made and you get the best deal for buying the 20. Still wings are expensive everywhere, so keep that in mind. Still if I have to pay a ton for wings, they’d better be this good. And they are good.“

“Love going here the coffee is always good and the staff are always friendly. My only complaint is recently they changed the cups and the lids. The new lids don’t have any sort of tab to cover the drinking hole now and anytime I’m carrying them and it’s anywhere near fill the coffee sloshes out all over my hand now. Bring back the old lids please 😭🫠“

“I really wish I had asked permission to use the name of the person who helps me every time because they are genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve met. The atmosphere and coffee are exceptional, especially at this location. I’ve been to the location closer to Nulu a few times, and unfortunately it just isn’t the same experience.
No matter how busy or slow it is, the barista who usually helps me is always positive and welcoming. Today really took the cake. With the Norton Commons yard sale going on, there were probably eight people in front of me in line. Despite having only two people working, the line moved quickly, and from the time I got in line to the time I had my coffee in hand was less than 15 minutes. I still got the friendly conversation I’ve come to expect. They complimented my friend and me, and we had a short conversation about names and working in coffee shops.
It’s rare to find a place that consistently makes people feel welcome, but this location does exactly that. I couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s everything you look for in a coffee shop—great coffee, a wonderful atmosphere, kind people, and even spotless restrooms. Haha!“
“Bartender Rocks!! IPA selection is fantastic try a flight. Only recommendation is there is only one bathroom and the portapoties are gross. Make more clean accommodations.“

“I had an incredible dining experience at the Brownsboro location! From the moment I walked in, the hosting staff greeted me warmly and escorted me to my seat.
Right off the bat, I started with a great glass of Chianti. My server, Kaylee, was absolutely fantastic from there on out. I’m currently on a diet, and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure I could get the minestrone soup to keep my meal light but delicious.
The entire staff was helpful, delightful, and professional—five stars across the board. The food came out piping hot, and the overall vibe was excellent. To the GM running this place: huge shout out to you and your team for maintaining such high standards. I will definitely be back!“

“I do NOT recommend this place. We went with a party of 15 this afternoon and had a truly disappointing, awful experience. We arrived shortly after they opened. We were the only ones on the outside patio the entire visit (just shy of 3 hours) and the inside dining room never got very busy, but you'd never guess by how terrible the service was. It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. We will not be back. Don't waste your time! They clearly don't care about getting return customers.“

“Mrs. Jackie provided outstanding customer service! She was working incredibly hard, managing both drive-thru windows while still making every customer feel welcomed and valued. Even with how busy she was, she remained friendly, patient, professional, and efficient.
Her positive attitude and dedication did not go unnoticed. She kept everything moving smoothly while treating customers with kindness and respect. Employees like Mrs. Jackie make a huge difference and are the reason people keep coming back.
