“Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

“I went here the other night. I ordered the chicken pho and the beef pho. I got a spice level of 2 for the chicken. I got a spicy level of 4 for the beef. This was probably the best pho I have had. It was so good and so flavorful. They made it quick and they were very friendly.“

“I’ve patronized a ton of coffee shops over the years and Kolkin is hands down the best out there!! You can order anything on the menu and the flavor is exquisite every time. The place is quiet and very cozy :) Lastly the baristas are so friendly. What are you waiting for ?! ☺️“

“We enjoy the dining experience at WOB. Easy to get to, not so crowded, and you can talk without yelling. Food options are plenty and price point is perfect. But the main reason we keep coming back is the customer service. I just feel welcomed and everyone is very pleasant. Tonight was exceptional with Maddie as our server. My daughter and I had a great time and Maddie was very helpful and friendly.“

“I go to this location two or three times a week and do so because the staff is always so friendly. Specifically, I want to recognize Layton. As I work early myself I am usually there before 6 AM. He is always so friendly and upbeat and he is the main reason I go there. His positive attitude and smile help to get my day off to a good start. Thank you, Layton.“

“Offering mobile or online ordering would meaningfully improve the customer experience by allowing guests to order ahead and pick up quickly. Morning lines currently create a barrier to purchase; reducing wait times would likely increase order volume, drive repeat visits, and capture additional revenue during peak hours.“
“Bartender Rocks!! IPA selection is fantastic try a flight. Only recommendation is there is only one bathroom and the portapoties are gross. Make more clean accommodations.“

“I do NOT recommend this place. We went with a party of 15 this afternoon and had a truly disappointing, awful experience. We arrived shortly after they opened. We were the only ones on the outside patio the entire visit (just shy of 3 hours) and the inside dining room never got very busy, but you'd never guess by how terrible the service was. It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. We will not be back. Don't waste your time! They clearly don't care about getting return customers.“

“I wish I could remember our waitresses name. She did a great job. We'll everyone we dealt with did. We went for an early valentine's dinner. The food and drinks were very good. I had the fried shrimp appetizer for my dinner. Will get again. We had a party of 5. One child. Who knew they had French fries. She had spaghetti with a side of fries. Way to go thinking of the littles.“

“Every time I go in there and a young man named Eric is working he is such a delight and has the best Customer service. Tonight Ashley and Christian were working with him too . This is an excellent team . Ashley was very sweet and helpful and Christian makes the best steak! My daughter and I really appreciated the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE they all three gave to us. Thank you. And p.s Eric you have the best personality and light within you!“

“The staff was very friendly, and the food was amazing.
Parking: Parking all the way around and offers the blue lighting which is better for security purposes if ever there is an issue but that I've ever had one.
Kid-friendliness: All the kids get a treat whether during visit or for a later date. Plus my kids love the high sets available. Makes them feel like giants!“
