“Walked in didnt get waited on even after finally saying hello twice. It was 11 a m. No one there.
Left and went to drive thru. Was imnediately acknowleged but no apology when i said we were in store not waited on.
The girl was very polite and the service was perfect. The food was fresh and great. We go here often but someone should be in front to tahe orders. Our fries were missing. I called and she answered after 20 rings. She did replace fries. And was apologetic.
We will still go there because of her sincereity.“

“Order a chick fil a sandwich and a side order of mac and cheese. Sandwich and mac and cheese were hot and delicious. Staff was super courteous and friendly. As we were leaving, they asked to refill our drinks. Chick-fil-A never disappoints me.“

“The food here is a must try! We got the hot tenders roulette box and a couple of sliders and fries thinking it’s just tenders and sliders so that should be enough for 4 people. Boy were we wrong!!! The tenders are huuuuge and the sliders might as well be chicken sandwiches and the heat was just perfect!!! Service was fast and great! Very clean place. Highly recommend this place for all hot chicken lovers!“

“One of the best experiences I had all day like a hungry caniac starving ready to eat my arm off the cashier Lou greeted me in a happy-go-lucky mood ready to get a order going full of energy and very friendly I had to get the manager just to praise Lou ! I always get consistently good service on Dixie highway at this raising Cane's I have never ever had a issue a messed up order or even left the parking lot irritated and that's easily done with me! My only problem with the franchise of raising Cane's is the fact that southern Indiana does not have the first they're everywhere else they are delicious and I crave it sometimes do yourself a favor and put one on veterans parkway!!!

“If you ask to remove anything from your order, expect to get it anyways from this location. I requested to not have the jalapeno sauce or granola included and not only do they lut it in anyways, they doubled it this last time! 😂

If you need utensils with your meal, chances are you either wont get them (usually my experience) or you'll get the wrong kind. I got a spoon instead of a fork this time. 😂

“This place is always on par, delicious each and every time. Today was a special day as we Dee for a server and I will tell you this man delivered! From the moment we sat down to the moment sorry we left this man treated us as if he has known as all of our lives like family. This was truly the best experience that we have ever had at any restaurant hands-down. The entire time he was making jokes and checking on us. He was extremely happy and it truly shows how much he cares about his job. If you ever get the chance to have him as a server, I HIGHLY recommend it!“

“We came to visit the great equip expo. I never ate here before so I wanted to try it. Very good food. We tasted quality. Definitely some of the best chicken strips I’ve ever had tbh. “Lunch with daughter and son in law after going to the Creepfest at Caufield’s. Very good service and reasonable prices. This was my first visit, however, my daughter and her husband do come to eat here a number of times. My fish sandwich with onion rings was filling and tasty. Due to a music event that night we had to park a block and a half away. Other than that everything was fine.“

“There’s a lady named Charlotte. I have noticed a few times at this location on Charlestown Road that is the best customer service ever. They need to make her Management or Supervisor if she isn’t already she deserves whatever is coming to her positive things very loving Karen lady only seen her at this location. A few times when I came. I’m so amazed by her she’s going to go far. She deserves the pay raise, she multitask and does it all superwoman.“

“This was a solid fried chicken spot with super friendly staff and quick and fresh food. I had their 3 piece which came with biscuit and two sides.

The chicken was fresh juicy and Delicious. It had a great crispy skin on both varieties I had the original and the spicy. The original has a little bit lighter breading than normal fried chicken places but extremely tasty. The sides were equally as tasty. I would definitely go back and visit them again when I'm in the area.“

“This place is amazing! We come all the way from St. Matthews just to eat there. The chicken is A1 and basically everything on their menu is fire! Today we went in and saw Cat. She has wonderful customer service skills and was very helpful and informative about the menu. She wasn't rude when I asked a million questions and she made my entire day! My husband and I walked out of laughing having a great time. (Not to mention they also take competitors chicken coupons! )We will be back to this particular Indi's specifically because of Cat!!“

“Great food and staff. The Cajun chicken wings are delicious. I personally love their breakfast food . Especially the sandwiches. Add the after tots with cheese inside then and you’re good to go. I would post pictures but I eat it before thinking about it. If you’re up early definitely slide up there for breakfast“

Food was fresh ( they even let us know how long we were going to wait) the two ladies in the front had a great attitude they were nice enough to give the kids a drink while we waited. “I have eaten Krispy Krunchy Chicken at many locations in the south. These franchises are usually located inside gas convenience stores. They are all the same, but operate at different times. This is the best fried chicken no one has ever heard of according to another website. This is truly the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. Even cold out of the refrigerator, it is fantastic. But it is best when freshly cook or warmed in oven.“

“It says there is a drive thru but most of the time it doesn’t operate so you would have to go inside to place an order. Don’t judge the place from the outside but this place has one of the best homestyle meals I have ever tasted and eaten in the city of Louisville. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and didn’t mind telling me which one of the dishes were their faves. Would’ve gotten some of their greens but unfortunately they ran out during the time that I came so I opted for their potato salad and Mac and cheese instead with my meatloaf dinner. The sides were good and tasted pretty average but the meatloaf was very delicious and hearty and had a lot of vegetables in it. I was glad that they were very generous with their portion sizes and the cornbread that I paid extra for wasn’t too bad as well. I would suggest paying extra for the cornbread cause it was soo worth it. If only I come to this area a lot often I would’ve definitely become one of their regular customers.“

“I really like the customer service here! They are so polite. It's a gas station but I ordered Krispy Krunchy chicken. The men working there are pleasant and before I left with my food, he stopped me to make sure I had napkins. I'm a sucker for good customer service. 😄“

“Love their chicken. I prefer the one on Charlestown Road. The one State Street had a dead mouse near the door outside; and the staff went out back while they had food out and customers inside. Not so appealing. But the food is great when properly attended.“

“Best chicken place in Louisville in my opinion, except I am not a fan of whatever that stuff is they sprinkle all over the fries. The fries are Nasty! I won't eat them at all, even without the sprinkle stuff on them. Just not a fan of their fries, but rest of the food is Fantastic!!“
