“Walked in didnt get waited on even after finally saying hello twice. It was 11 a m. No one there.
Left and went to drive thru. Was imnediately acknowleged but no apology when i said we were in store not waited on.
The girl was very polite and the service was perfect. The food was fresh and great. We go here often but someone should be in front to tahe orders. Our fries were missing. I called and she answered after 20 rings. She did replace fries. And was apologetic.
We will still go there because of her sincereity.“

“One of the best experiences I had all day like a hungry caniac starving ready to eat my arm off the cashier Lou greeted me in a happy-go-lucky mood ready to get a order going full of energy and very friendly I had to get the manager just to praise Lou ! I always get consistently good service on Dixie highway at this raising Cane's I have never ever had a issue a messed up order or even left the parking lot irritated and that's easily done with me! My only problem with the franchise of raising Cane's is the fact that southern Indiana does not have the first they're everywhere else they are delicious and I crave it sometimes do yourself a favor and put one on veterans parkway!!!

“A magnificent place, I have eaten and currently work here, the hygiene in the preparation of food is very strict, very good hygiene cleaning, very good preparations, spectacular taste of all the foods that are prepared. The workers are very attentive, friendly and sympathetic.A highly recommended place is spectacular to have an experience with Chick File A.

“We came to visit the great equip expo. I never ate here before so I wanted to try it. Very good food. We tasted quality. Definitely some of the best chicken strips I’ve ever had tbh. They were super busy. Our order got messed up but no worries. Went inside to tell them the mishap, no questions asked, made us a fresh new order YUM! Thanks again. God bless you.“

“Arrived at 8 o'clock and asked for unsweet tea. And I got sweet tea instead. And was told it would be replaced with an unsweet tea. And the server never did bring me that. I think they were trying to rush all the customers out, because they were putting chairs on top of the tables and sweeping. The food was good, but the atmosphere certainly was not“

“This Chick-fil-A location is newly opened. At the time of this posting, they do not have designated mobile pickup locations. During this visit, they hit a rush, the staff and manager were all very polite and professional during this time, and made sure the experience was a positive one. Despite the rush, our order was brought to us in an extremely timely manner. Anyone making a quick run from Baptist East or Suburban Hospital for a meal, I highly recommend this location.

“I cannot rave enough about this particular Lee’s. Friendly staff, delicious fresh food, and most importantly: they are lightning fast. Like, scary fast. I’ll go in there and there will be 8 people in front of me in line, and in the blink of an eye, I’m in the front of the line. A minute later I’m outta there with my meal. You won’t get that kind of service anywhere else… maybe Chick Fil A but even they have been slipping lately. Keep it up, Brownsboro Lee’s!! Y’all are crushin it.“
