“Service was ok when we went in but not a “wow” factor.Chairs are always in the tables. Never ready for customers.The first Boba Tea I did not like it at all. Was very off tasting maybe their green tea mix was off? Green tea is one of my favorites.Donuts are light and fluffy which is nice but tastes like a “regular donut”The last Boba tea was a Chai Tea with brown sugar Boba was really good.“
“So it's hard for me to give a star rating because we came after the post-eclipse rush (and Hilligoss didn't have much left), but I also wanted to share the photos. Given the one donut I had (raspberry filled), it was definitely better than your standard fare - good quality, maybe a little sweet but more personal preference, maybe a little small but overall a solid donut. I had a taste of the oatmeal raisin cookie too - which tasted homemade with the nutty oat flavors and a bits of salt - I could see it not being everyone's favorite but still a good cookie. Definitely didn't expect the place to be so sold out so early (as it seems many reviews are saying), but the eclipse crowd probably definitely contributed to the shortage. Happy for the bakery though :)“
“Despite the recent reviews, my co-worker and I decided to pop in and try out the place. I had the pancake and a glazed donut. Nothing but positive things about that, and the staff was very nice and service was quick. Any time I'm back in Plainfield I'll be stopping in every Thursday and Friday“

“A variety of donuts are offered here, but it's the swivel stools that the kids will enjoy. Twelve donut holes are $3. The donuts go fast so arrive early for the best selection! Quick helpful & friendly service. When we arrived it was quiet inside and so we had the whole room to ourselves. When it is warm there are outdoor seats.“
