“Doug was patient, cordial, very attentive. My mom, 96, has not been out for a meal in 5 yrs. Doug made this a pleasant experience for the 4 of us. Comfortable sitting, great comfortable noise level, not crowded sitting( we had a wheelchair), food excellent. Pork shoulder outstanding. No stickiness on anything. Best day/meal ever! Thank u Doug“

“We went to Johns in Dyer and had a fabulous experience. We went for my birthday. 4 adults and eight grandchildren. The food was amazing and the service was awesome and the boys making the pizzas were so nice to the kids. The kids were watching through the window and the cooks were interacting with the kids. They had a blast and are already talking about how they want to go back. We will be definitely visiting Johns soon! Thank you all so much for the wonderful food and wonderful and friendly service!!!“

“We ordered two family size pizzas from Beggars Pizza and they were fantastic. One was sausage, pepperoni, and jalapeño (crispy), and the other was sausage (crispy). Both pizzas were cooked perfectly; crispy crust, well-balanced toppings, and great flavor in every bite. Everything tasted fresh and was done just right. We were very happy with our order and will definitely be ordering again!“

“Its the best minus one waitress that shouldn't be employed. I'm not sure of her name, but she'll brag about NOT drinking and get mad if you ask a suggestion.

I left the bar after talking to a man who was completely cool with me and help him get a menu(she's not paying attention). She eventually took the order and at the end I made an obvious joke, that I needed a new beer(I did). And I jokingly said he'd pay for it. She flipped out.“

“I’ve seen a lot of good reviews about this spot and they did not disappoint at all. Very good pizza, to be honest some of the best I’ve had in this area. Perfect crust with good texture and bite with an amazing crunch at the end. Fresh toppings and perfectly browned cheese. Got a large sausage and pepperoni with half green pepper and onion and they load it up. The sauce is more of a savory sauce which pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the proteins and sweetness of the veggies. Will absolutely be back for more. 10/10 for me !!!!!“

“Me and my lady coming in from the big city of Chicago and decided to try Jets for the first time! Talk to the manager Jay over the phone about details. He stated in conversation that the Detroit eight corner was the most popular! I decided to get the eight corner veggie with extra veggies and well done! It was fantastic! “I have ordered Rosati's pizza delivery many times. Delivery was excellent however our pizza tonight was definitely not up to the regular standards. The crust was soggy, it was light on sauce, and could have cooked a few minutes more. I will continue to order Rosati pizza as I feel it is the best in the area. Maybe just a difficult night for the cook.“

“We were greeted quite rudely by Lisa, the hostess, which set a negative tone from the start. She was even rude to the waitresses while seating us, and we couldn’t believe the attitude. We remember Kathy months ago being a pleasure but haven't seen her last few weeks.

However, once we were greeted by Heather, Courtney, and Hannah, everything changed. They were warm, friendly, and truly a pleasure. Their professionalism and positivity completely turned the evening around and made our experience enjoyable — a real tour de force.

“I have eaten this pizza since I was a little kid. It’s the same!! I’m so happy! It’s so cool to eat something that you grew up eating. The Barton’s crust is very specific and delicious. I love their cheese. My kids like it now so I get to eat it all the time. They have excellent cheese bread too. And even though we don’t eat meat anymore the meat eaters around have said that their sausage tastes the same too. I remember exactly what it tastes like! lol. Try it!“

“Rosati’s is our favorite pizza in the area. The food is always delicious, and we have tried a lot from their menu. I have never had an issue with any of my orders. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, an appetizer and an extra side of ranch. My order was missing the ranch, which was not a big deal to me at all. About 30 minutes after I got home, I received a call from Amy apologizing for not including the ranch. All the workers there are so nice, but that took their customer service over the top! While that's generally a sound policy, overlooking Jet's is a mistake. Objectively, Jet's makes a unique and delicious pizza. The Detroit-style crust is flavorful, buttery, and has a wonderful, crisp-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside texture that, once tasted, is difficult to not crave. The toppings are high-quality and abundant, and the sauce strikes a nice balance between sweetness and acidity. The Schererville Jet's is an exceptionally well-run business, the management and staff of which are conscientious in their work and obviously committed to providing an excellent product and a hassle-free customer experience. I recommend the eight-corner pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni AND cupping pepperoni. It sounds one-dimensional--but isn't.“

The owner Mr. Brown was very attentive, nice and was able to suggest popular food items to explore. I tried the slice of sausage and it was so good. “First time ordering here. The cheese pizza was ok, ordered thin crust and would say cheese slightly over done. Ordered sausage thjn crust and the crust was too thick more like traditional NY style crust. Dough was very dense. But the cheese pizza crust was pretty thin. The sauce and chuck sausage and cheese had good taste. Breadsticks were good and cooked perfectly and were tasty. We ordered a house salad with ranch. The ranch was good and thin,tasty. They did however add onions and we told them no onions. Solid choice for chicago pizza, but there are so many options in NW IN. for pizza.“
