“Five Stars for Flavor & Vibes at Ray’s Caribbean Jerk! From the moment we walked in, the customer service at Ray’s Caribbean Jerk was top-notch—friendly, welcoming, and full of good energy. They even offered us a sample of their jerk chicken, and wow—instant flavor explosion. We knew we were in for a treat. We each ordered a dinner (which comes with rice and beans plus two sides). I went with the BBQ chicken tips paired with yams, baked mac n cheese, and the classic rice and beans. Every bite was soulful and satisfying—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. He had the jerk chicken tips with the same sides, and let’s just say there wasn’t a single bite left. The heat, the flavor, the tenderness—it’s exactly what you want from a jerk dish. To wash it down, we sipped on Skipee’s Lemonade—I had the passion fruit strawberry, and he had the grape strawberry. Both were refreshing and packed with flavor. We dined in Claude & Ray’s BoomBoom Room, which added a fun, laid-back vibe to the whole experience. We just found our new go-to jerk spot—and we’re already planning our next visit!“

“Been eating here for years but since the new owners the business is not the same. I'm in a wheelchair so I can't get inside the restaurant because of the step. I called and asked if she could bring it out to me she told me no so they will not get anymore of my business!!!

“The staff was friendly and working really hard to keep up with the large amount of orders they had. My pizza was done on time and was the little ceasors pizza you would expect. My only complaint is they really need to clean the vents on the ceiling.“

“I took My Daughter and 2 Grandsons to eat dinner on Friday, Dec 13th. Our server, Imani C, couldn't have been more irresponsible. 1st, My Grandson ordered a lemonade, and was brought a sprite. He kept it anyway. My Daughter ordered a SMALL salad, and was brought a LARGE one. ( was charged for large) and She kept that too. My Grandsons ordered a pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni. Got pepperoni on ALL of it. So as to not have them wait while my Daughter and I ate, We kept it also. My Daughter ordered My Son In Law a large order of Homer's donuts, only was given 3. Took My Son, Grandsons , and Husband to eat at Texas Roadhouse last week, and We all got steak dinners for the price we paid for Pizzas here!! Have eaten here numerous times before with no problems. This was a horrible visit, and it will be a long time before I bring My Family here again!! ☆☆It was the Schererville In location.☆☆“
