“Quick story... the other location close to here was rude as f. 3x they got my order completely wrong and has MAJOR attitude like I'm not ordering right. I'm guessing the dude put his man bun up too tight?? Bad hair day?? I Threw my coffee away...Came here... Best smiles and attitude ever. Remembered my drink after the 1st time. Zero fakeness or poor attitude. Just good service o...and 10x faster than the other store. 30 min wait there. 3 to 5 minutes at this location.“
“The Starbucks/ Martin's in the hospital is by far the best one I've been to. They recently added a new employee, I think her name tag said JoJo. So professional and engaging the customers, making them feel so welcome like they are #1. She is awesome! If she isn't in management training, they need to get her into it ASAP! I'll now go out of my way to go to the Martin's / Starbucks inside the hospital for the personal experience and perfectly made drinks. ?“
“The staff here are always very welcoming and nice. They greet you when you walk in and address you by name. Those kinds of small touches are easy but make a huge difference in customer service, but it's unfortunately becoming more and more rare.
My only complaint is how expensive Starbucks is becoming! But that staff/ store don't control that.“
