“I was having such a bad day having someone just using and screaming at me at home. I stopped at this Starbucks on Broadway in Crown Point on my way to take care of my sick mom and the drive thru employee was really sweet. Apparently someone decided against a Danish and she offered it to me. Just the gesture alone touched me me so deeply. They're always nice here. Always. But this made my day and I don't think she knew how much she affected me. I just wanted to say thank you. This is my favorite Starbucks ever.
The drinks are always so good and satisfactory. Atmosphere is always great. Employees are the best.“
“Stopped by the Starbucks on Franklin Ave and had a great experience. The service was fast, the baristas were friendly, and the whole place had a welcoming vibe. The best part? I found the original 1971 roast here — such an awesome surprise for a coffee lover. Definitely a spot worth visiting.“
