“Not a review person, but was blown away with service today and felt the need to reflect on it. Tom’s customer service was unbelievable. My wife and I are frequent visitors here, and have never seen Tom before but he was very polite, direct, and helpful. Saw a previous review saying he should be manager soon, and I’m not certain if he is this locations manager, but he is someone who should be a face for Penn Station. Very very respectful person. Tom, thank you for the wonderful experience, sandwiches, and fries!!“

“I love the tea pass. Bailey and heather always wait on me at the window and are fantastic. They are always happy and keep me coming back. Bobbi the GM is always receptive to constructive criticism and I enjoy my overall experience. Bailey for sure deserves a raise as well as most of the girls working the window.“

“Went through drive through about 6:00 CST in the evening. No line of customers. I was the only car in drive through. Looking inside there were no sit down customers. With that being said it took them almost 15 minutes to prepare a small order consisting of a sandwich, cup of soup and a drink. The potato soup was excellent. I got a BLT chicken salad. Nothing special. Would I go there again? Yes. I believe in second chances.

“This particular Subway restaurant is located right off of HWY 41 at what used to be the former entrance to the original Evansville Airport. They offer drive thru service and easy parking right at the front door. We were ordering sandwiches to go for our family. We left with four 12” sandwiches, a six inch sub, one foot long cookie, and one 20 oz soft drink for just under $40.00 totals we were using coupons received in the mail, but there is no way we could have got that much food to feed four at current fast food prices. All of the sandwiches were prepared fresh and they were delicious. We like this Subway location and will definitely be back in the future.“

“The service here is absolutely outstanding. We first called in with questions about my allergies and the lady on the phone was eager to help and we got everything sorted! Came in a little while later and was greeted by Ryan, told him about my allergies and he said no problem. He apologized for the increased wait as he cleaned the grill, the paddles and changed his gloves! Like what?! That’s absolutely so amazing for a person like me with life threatening allergies. Thank you so much Ryan for caring and going above and beyond. We will most definitely be back!“

“Just what I needed after a hot day of moving to another town and unloading a huge truck into storage by myself. So much more refreshing than a hot meal at that time. Service was great, friendly employee. I had just dropped off the rental truck a few doors down and was having to wait on my ride to get off work. They were great about allowing me to hang out for a bit after I ate.“

I would say however the location does kinda suck depending on what direction your coming or leaving from because the way the roads are built here. You'll only be making a right on the way out.“
