Thank you Daniel for being such an excellent server. This location is beautiful and there is always ample parking and the staff is always super friendly. I will always stop in when I drive by! “Worst place ever I went with my friend and they did not take care of us because we are Latinos we waited 15 minutes and they only brought some chips and then when I was leaving I had to pay 25 dollars for the chips.“

“I previously would recommend this restraunt but Friday evening after I had finished my meal and waiting to pay the check a roach crawled on the table. The waitress was more upset than the manager who I felt should have personally came to the table and addressed the issue. He took 20% off the bill but didn't address the fact a roach crawled on the table, which to me says this wasn't the first incident. I will bit be eatting here in the future and thus restraunt definitely needs an inspection.“

“This is the BEST Mexican restaurant in the region! Generous portions, fair prices and authentic choices that cater to a wide array of palates. Have gone here for several years now and never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and expeditious. Recently had a carne asada torta and tried their pozole rojo. The torta was massive and properly assembled. The steak was perfectly seasoned and grilled as always. Only regret not having gotten a lengua torta. Found out after ordering they recently put lengua back in rotation. The pozole was rich, flavorful and full of large cuts of tender pork. Enough for at least two meals worth. If you’ve never been, what are you waiting for?? Give this place a try“

We are from out of town (Missouri) so we found this place on a whim, we are glad we did. The facility is very clean and smelled amazing when walking in. “We are visiting the town of Louisville and we stop by to get lunch at Mi casita. The decoration is authentic, I love the Mexican guirnaldas and the hat. The place is cozy. The food is good. My favorite part is the service. I highly recommend to eat here. The chunky salsa was my favorite one, spicy and perfect. The size of the portions are just perfect, I even take leftovers home. It is run by Mexicans, that tells you something, it is good.“

“I travel a lot and am a Mexican food nerd, and this was not only the best food I had in Louisville, it ranks as some of the best Mexican food spots I’ve been to in a long time (and went back as my final meal in time before flying out). The carnitas were killer, the guacamole super fresh and the jalapeño margaritas dangerously good. The fish tacos were beautifully seasoned with a big generous piece of fish. And the spot was incredibly cleans and everyone so friendly. Please give this place a shot.“

“I was in the area for work, and this place comes up on some lists for best burger, but they have other food including burritos. I ordered one, and they put what I wanted in it, and it rivals LaBamba's in Indianapolis for being as big as your head. You'll want a fork and knife to eat it.

It was delicious. Toppings were fresh and plentiful in variety and what they put in the burrito. I got the meal which comes with a side and drink. You could get a big bag of nachos or fries to go with it, and I went with fries. They can put salt, or several other flavors on them, and I chose cheese (I believe they call it queso) which was good, but wasn't what I would chose for fries. The drink is a rather large fountain drink, although they had run out of diet while I was there, so they gave me a 16oz bottle of Diet Coke.

Service was great. Both people working were friendly and helpful. I'm not 100% sure why this place gets so many 1 star ratings, but I saw no logical reason for them in my visit.

Since my work brings me to the area once every month or two, I'll have to drop by to try the burgers and nachos sometime later. Would highly recommend.

I did give Atmosphere 3 stars, but that was because their dining room was not open when I was there, and I sat in the mall area.“

“Stopped by on a whim on a quick overnight visit and boy was I not disappointed! The gentleman that helped us was very kind and gave us a sample of the cochinita pibil and it's delicious!!! He explained how it's made in Mexico and how they make it. It was soooooooo good! He let us know that his mom made the tres leches cakes and they had one slice left. We snagged it up and sooooo happy we did! That was 🤤🤤. I don't know if I'll ever be in the area again, but if I am I will be here in a heartbeat! Go here, you won't regret it!“

“I almost felt like I was in Mexico. The food tasted good. The tacos were 2.50 or 3.99 depending on what kind. We were told that they had the best tamales but we didn't even try them. My husband had chicken fajitas and I had a asada quesadilla plate. Our bill including a generous tip was less than $30. They had coke with real sugar, horchata, jarritos, and many other drinks. They had a kids menu and you could even get French Fries. The service was good despite the fact that the waitress was very overworked. She seemed to be the main translator for the men who worked there. In addition to being a restaurant it is also a tienda or store so you could buy lots of things that you wouldn't see in an typical Mexican restaurant. The booths were all carved and beautiful and the decor was definitely Mexican. There was outside dining but it was too hot out there and plenty of booths. They had a kids menu and booster chairs and it was a very good experience.“

“Fantastic! We had just arrived at the airport and noticed this restaurant while looking for a motel. It was 10 minutes until closing, and we were graciously welcomed to come in even though it was obvious the staff would be held over to serve us. The food was served quickly and was very delicious. Our waitress helped us locate lodging and gave directions how to find it. If we lived in Louisville, this restaurant would see us on a regular basis. Very impressed…5-star rating!!!“

“Amazing customer service and delicious food! My father has been eating here a few times a month for a while now and always raves about their food. Over the weekend we were looking for a place to eat and I seen a photo of their Facebook page and wanted to know what the name of the dish was. I got a response almost immediately after sending the message. Besides just the name they detailed exactly what the dish had in it. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. That evening my family and I ordered quite a few dishes and it was all amazing. The Chilaquiles were so good, and honestly my new favorite thing to eat. Lol The Al Pastor Torta was also very good. We highly recommend Maria’s Tacos to anyone and everyone, give it a try!“

“It was mostly empty, looked like just one worker and the boss there, no one else. It looked like they weren't expecting anyone and seemed surprised by my entrance, but I was able to place an order.

It felt like it took a while for the food to come out (I stopped by on a whim so I didn't have my phone on me, so I couldn't say how long it actually took though), but once it did I paid and took it home. I think there may have been a translation error, as I ordered an asada burrito and a chicken burrito, but I got a chicken burrito alongside some grilled meat and several small tortillas, rather than the meat inside a burrito. The chicken burrito was quite large, and overall the food was quite tasty, so I was satisfied either way.“
