Bf and I were seated at 6:10 and by 6:30 had not been approached at all. Didn’t even know who our server was because the hostess sat us and then we were never served. I understand it’s a Thursday and there’s usually a wait but we were sat as soon as we arrived. Normally I enjoy this place but recently things have gone downhill. My last visit, I met friends and I had to, after about 15 minutes of joining (there was only 4 of us) I had to flag down our server to even let her know I arrived and get a drink. Once we ordered our food, it took an hour to arrive and my order was completely wrong. This wasn't the first time. So disappointed.

Waitress smelled like cigarettes, I got the lunch special includes fries. I don't eat fries, so I order tator tots for my side that's included with the special. But the manager so petty, he made the waitress change our receipts for .99€ He told her it has been too much stealing (I guess the food) from the employees I'm assuming. So he has to charge for everything! Wooowwwwww, won't be back there AGAIN!
