“This is good authentic Mexican food. You can buy tamales by the dozen on some days. I live 45 minutes away and only visit Fort Wayne so often. Even if I am not able to eat in the restaurant, I stop in at the store. I pick up some their salsa, Tortillas, or tamales if they have some.“

“Excellent service. Best black bean dip I've ever had! We ordered Mexican Enchiladas and a Ribeye Quesadilla along with a couple Lime Lagers & left feeling so full with plenty left over, and the check was less than our typical dinner out. I also saw an employee happily making guacamole tableside for other guests. Cinco de Mayo does not disappoint, give them a try!!!“

“Excellent service, clean, airy atmosphere, and very tasty food. I recently moved to Fort Wayne from Arizona (where great Mexican cuisine is around every corner) and was pleasantly surprised to find a Mexican restaurant that I would recommend to friends back home. The mole sauce is truly a 'wow' experience; not for the uninitiated, but for those who know what mole is and are seeking the real deal, give this restaurant a try. Have already been back for a second visit, and found their green enchilada also very good. Even the chips and salsa are a superior flavor.“

“The food is good, but seems like the portions are getting smaller. Especially today me and my wife both were astonished with how little the portions were in our bowls. I even got double steak and she gave me a little scoop(clamp) worth for the extra to. We went to a different location last time too in Coventry and was given very small portions to. This is how to make people stop wanting to come.“

“My wife and I love this place! It is our favorite place to come and enjoy authentic tacos. My wife (who is from Mexico 🇲🇽) loves this place and I can light up her face with just asking if she wants to come to El Amish!! She loves the beef tongue pork and bbq. Every type of flavor they have is amazing she says. Myself, I get the marinade pork cuz I have always enjoyed it. They add a sautéed onion with the food and 4 sauces and more than enough for us. Come here if you want the good tacos 🌮“

“I haven't ate here in a few years. The salsa was spot on. Lots of flavor. Waitress was very patient and helpful as we 5 kids under the age of 9. She was very attentive and refills were brought. Everyone finished their food and left full. I always get the steak in chile verde. No Mexican restaurant comes near how tasteful the chile verde is ! Thank you mi parilla for the great experience.“

“Update: Rating hasn't changed. The food was decent. We were served queso dip with a big chunk of the "skin" that's formed when it is sitting without being stirred. And my Texas Margarita looked and tasted like the regular margarita. In fact, my biggest complaint about Don Chava's is the inconsistency in their margaritas.“

“Big selection of free salsa at their salsa bar and customer service is always fantastic! The quality of food seems to vary depending on their supplies like with the taco shell bowl has been stale a couple of times and other times was super light and crispy, and the spices to the meat seem to vary with different cooks? Overall is a great price for the amount of food you get around $10-$15 per person especially when you compare it to a fast food place and there you only get a tiny little hamburger with a couple of fries and a drink for the same price. This restaurant always has amazing customer service and a friendly warm atmosphere that never disappoints! We keep going back and really enjoy the food and experience overall! Big recommendation for them!“

“I've been to Lalo's three times now. It's quickly become my favorite Mexican restaurant in Ft.Wayne. Casa Grande was my favorite, but now I prefer Lalo's. First time there, the service was good, food was okay, though not as hot as I would've liked, more lukewarm. However the second visit was better, food was hot and delicious. Ate there a third time a couple nights ago and food was hot and service was fast and friendly. I recommend the Lalo's burrito and the classic ground beef chimichanga, both come with delicious refried beans and rice. I love Lalo's~! Be advised though, Fridays and Saturdays are busy there. Best to go earlier in the week.“

“We sat in the bar area. We were seated immediately. Chips and salsa landed on the table almost as we sat down. Our drink order was taken and returned promptly. Our food arrived hot and looking very tasty while we were still on our 1st basket of chips and another basket was brought right after the food was put down. Our waitress was fast and efficient. Our drinks were refilled promptly. Overall, we had a very pleasant time at Cebolla's and couldn't ask for a better dining experience. Keep up the good work!“

“I live 3 hours away in MI and was down visiting family this past Friday. I had no idea what to order but my little cousins said, “birria tacos.” I took their recommendation and I was absolutely pleased for never having birria tacos. Great service from the staff as there were 10 of us. Hope to make it back down, sooner rather than later. 😎“
