Tonight I ordered the a pizza online. I found out 5 mins later that we were having company so I wanted to order an extra pizza with a 2 liter of Pepsi. I called the number for the Lima rd Pizza Hut in Fort Wayne and was directed to a call center in the Philippines. I placed my order and they told me that my charge was going to be 16 dollars more then for the extra pizza and 2 liter. At the time the person told me it was going to be $32.xx. asked them to draw a wizard cat.... they drew an amazing wizard cat on the box. that just goes to show the exceptional level of customer service here. the one star reviews have no idea what they're taking about and should feel bad about themselves 🙃
The online option was not working and the guy refused to give me the online deal. Also all three of my pizzas were not cut all the way.
