“I have had good luck with this Jimmy John’s. Not every order has been perfect but nothing that has made me regret ordering. Today the delivery driver went above and beyond. I spilled my drink just inside my doorway and she stayed to help me clean it up. I’m a paraplegic so cleaning liquids on the floor can be a little tough for me. She even drove back and got me another drink after we cleaned up the one I spilled. I didn’t get her name but she definitely went above and beyond when she didn’t have to do any of it. I appreciate her help and kindness. She’s definitely a keeper.“

“I have been coming here since I was in high school and you can call it nostalgia if you want, but in my opinion this is the best subway around. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly but even after not returning for nearly 5 years (just wasn't ever in this area due to moving) the owners still remembered me BY NAME. Name another establishment that values their customers that much. Always has been one of my favorite places near Penn High School and probably always will be. The food is exceptional and the service is outstanding every time!“

“I normally come to this location but went to another location last week. Only because I had business in the grape rd area. I had a coupon 2/12.99 T&C said "NO COUPON" Grape rd, same thing so I got the two sandwiches anyway disappointed to say the least. They were like paper thin sandwiches made by a resentful owner that I will not be going back to ever. It seemed like they thought that they were doing me a favor because I was in their business but I will go back without a doubt to the Bremen highway location. Great customer service good attitude and guess what they honored the coupon just like always. So there's certain owners out there missing the boat because people do buy more if they come in for the coupon. They'll buy extra stuff and I don't think some owners understand that. “Today, a coworker of mine came to your location and ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich. To his chagrin, it had peppers and mushrooms. Both of which he apparently hates. In his disgust, he offered me his sandwich after which he called to complain. All the while, I ate and very much enjoyed the delicious sandwich. “Wonderful worker there tonight on 2/5/23 around 5pm. She was absolutely sweet. I have a big family and order 7 subs. Normally we get some kind of grunt or attitude when saying how many subs. She was cheerful and said we would get through it together. She made everything perfect, with no attitude and a smile on her face. Didn't get her name but big kudos to her for being so pleasant.“

“My girlfriend and I stopped at this Subway for dinner after an exhausting week. Just a couple days ago, we had a funeral service for her son who passed away from leukemia. As soon as we entered this Subway, our spirits were immediately lifted by the cheerful demeanor of Dre and Brian who were running the place.

It is extremely rare anymore to encounter workers who seem genuinely happy and make you feel like you've been best friends with them for years. We got to talking and sharing our experiences with each other, including heartache that both of them have been enduring.

This was more than just a food pickup. This was a complete reawakening of our faith in people and I am deeply grateful to Dre and Brian for the hope and smile they helped put on my girlfriend's face. If either of them read this, Dre, my girlfriend was the lady in the black cap who held your hands and told you never to forget her face and she wouldn't forget yours.
