“We’ve been coming here for years, but this time our son accidentally spilled his milkshake out on the patio. They insisted on making him a new one for free, even though we said it was it was fine. Great customer service, the ladies that work there are always nice. And we especially love their fall drinks. Worth the stop if you’re passing through!“

“Always stop at this white Castle when traveling to n from Florida, This day crew was so refreshing , happy n friendly, just what we needed after breaking down in Georgia , n having family drive 14 hrs to pick up us n broken down vehicle n trailer home . “Today was the first time I'd been able to swing into a Steak 'n Shake since they have started doing their fries in Tallow. Swung in specifically for that reason and was not disappointed. Fries were extraordinarily crispy and flavorful. Only thing lacking was that they are always too thin I think, but you take the good where you can get it.
Noticed that they had switched in-store ordering strictly over to kiosk and I'm a bit disappointed in that but it did have an upside today. None of them seem to be working so the young lady behind the counter took my order and made sure I had everything I needed.

Kid-friendliness: I've never been in a burger restaurant that wasn't kid friendly. No exception here

“We live in Noblesville so we drove an hour to get to this location. We called before we left because we are searching for the sonic mini brands that’s in the kids meals. Was told “Yes, we have them”! But once we got there, we were told no. That we couldn’t get the Sonic mini brands even though they had them. Kinda disappointed we had to drive an hour after being told yes, just to be told no that he couldn’t let us have them even tho they had them.“
