“They have the best donuts!!!“

“Parking: Large, open parking lot with plenty of spaces available at all times.

Kid-friendliness: Great, relaxed atmosphere. My kids and I like to go there and hang our for an hour or two. We eat our donuts, kids watch TV (they habe 2 TVs and one is always a kids show), and sometimes we bring a toy or game to play.

“I called ahead on my way to work and got 2 dozen donuts (12 glazed and 12 glazed with chocolate frosting) and a full order of biscuits and gravy. Everyone at work raved about how amazing the donuts were. I wished I had taken pictures as these donuts are fluffy and melt in your mouth good. The biscuits and gravy was for my son and his only complaint was that it could have used more meat, but I think it was fine for the serving. It had a long drive and even after being reheated he said that it was still one of the best he has tasted.
My only complaint was, I called it in hoping it would be ready when I got there since I was headed to work, but they didn't start working on putting my order together until I got there, therefore the reason for only 4 stars on service. I really hated to give that rating as they are very nice people, but what's the point in calling ahead if you still have to wait 10 minutes to have them put it together after repeating your order.“

“Took my Grandson PANA on Thompson Road to get donuts for Birthday Party at school. He was so excited and was telling the staff what it was for. The staff were extremely friendly and gave him some free donuts. This is what call great customer service bringing a smile to young child’s face.“

“This is my 2 year olds favorite hang out spot. Unfortunately this morning wasn’t the best experience. Donuts were great, as always but the customer service left plenty to be desired. I get everyone has bad days, TRUST ME I WORK IN EMS… I GET IT 😂 but at least acknowledge a customer and don’t have an attitude. I asked for 1/2 a dozen to be packed separately so I could take them to my daughter’s daycare… THAT right there ruined the employees day.“

“We stopped in this morning (Saturday @ 7a) due to recommendations from family. The staff was great & patient with us as we picked out our Jack’s Dozen. All the kids (& adults) loved all the donuts. We got tiger tails, sprinkle sticks, Oreo crumble & glazed crescent. My fave was the glazed crescent.“

“This Dunkin, the one on Emerson, is the only one I'll go to on the Southside. They always get my coffee right, and when I order on the app, it's ready as soon as I walk in the door. They have the same staff, minimal turn-over, and everyone is friendly. The other Dunkins are a hot mess.“
