“This was my first time trying NY Slice, and I’m hooked! Easily the best pizza place around. When I walked in to order a slice of cheese pizza and some garlic knots, what would typically be a routine and not-a-second-thought-given stop, turned out to be the highlight of my day and amazing food. Dan, the owner, immediately welcomed me and wanted to have a conversation. This was so refreshing compared to today’s service industry. Dan is a one man show and I was so impressed with the quality of his food. You can tell he takes pride in his food and his customer service. The food is freshly made to order and so delicious. Please support this local small business - I promise it’s better than any chain pizza place around.“

“Best owner and restaurant. For about 5 years I've been eating here and never once have had a bad meal or service. The owner takes care of the customer quite surprisingly well. I'm always eagered to eat here. My favorite is the deep dish pizza. It's a signature joy to eat and never get tired of it. Highly recommend“

“This locations is FANTASTIC! We reserved their party room this afternoon for my 3 year old’s birthday party. I was able to decorate how I wanted, and the manager on duty asked if I needed help with any of it. Our party was a bit bigger than the room and we ended up spreading out to another good half of the restaurant, and they didn’t mind. The food came out hot, they provided all the plates and silverware, and ice. They said not to worry about trash, that they would come and get everything but we wanted to take care of it ourselves so they rolled a trash can over for us to use, told us to help ourselves to the ice dispenser and whatever else we needed they helped with. We weren’t charged to use the room and the bill was extremely budget-friendly even! They were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating and I could not thank them enough, they earned every penny of their tips and more. This location and its employees are wonderful!“

I brought an autistic teen to the store who is passionate about working at a pizza establishment, but someone had recently discouraged his dream. FOOD WAS 4 to 4.5 ALL AROUND

The pizzas are made to order with fresh ingredients and the best cheese and crust around. i had the opportunity to try the Snake Bite and have to say it is a new favorite. The pizzas are loaded with toppings and they don't skimp on cheese. they have dine in and take out. Seen dashers walk in and its ready to go! There is something for everyone.“

“My favorite day of the week is Friday, when straight after work, I order a pie from this location. Not only is their POTW half price (such a lifesaver on a tight budget), but I have never had anything less than great food and great service. The food is always fresh and never once has my order been wrong or something forgotten. I order delivery and they are always on time and the nicest delivery drivers I have ever met. “Over the top SERVICE at the 135 and Co line road store from Kia and Lelynd. I placed an order and about an hour later it still wasn't there..... just thought they were busy. Opened my app back up and noticed I ordered for pick up. So I headed to the store and call. Expecting to pick up cold pizza and wings (since it was my fault) and they had tried calling three times but I have unknown calls silenced. These two offered to make me FRESH/HOT PIZZA AND WINGS..... even though it wasn't their fault at all!!! Great Customer Service ladies. Much Appreciated!! 10 stars to me.

“I am so happy to see Papa Murphy is open. I have been waiting almost 9 months since the Thompson's closed on the southside. I was pleasantly surprised seeing the "Captain" from the Thompson store come out and welcome me. This establishment is all the same, the pizza was delicious with generous portions of the toppings. The staff was so friendly, and the store is very clean. I told them I will be back at least once a week. HAPPY customer.“
