I tried one in Chicago heights. it was not nearly as good as this one's ice cream. it's fantastic friendly people. I loved it. I missed it. I went back today and it was still great. “I was traveling through Crown Point and was blessed to have parked across the street from here. From the moment I walked in to the moment I started my 5 hour drive back home I was greatly impressed. There was a woman with her daughter that kept arguing with the managers about returning a blizzard that was purchase the day before and got upset when the girls said that they have a same day policy. They still kept the line going, but honestly that exchange put a sour taste in my mouth. Literally why are you trying to return ice cream the next day? Anyways the ice cream was pretty good, but the workers don’t seem respected at all.“

“We ordered the cod dinner on 1/29 and it was delicious. However, when we sat down in a booth we noticed an elderly lady struggling to walk up the icy sidewalk from the parking lot. When the young man brought our food we told him about it and suggested someone spread salt on the area. He was nice and thanked us for mentioning it. However, in the 45 minutes we sat there no one followed through and actually salted the sidewalk. Not good, Culvers.“
