Barbeque Restaurants in Hartford City, IN

“My husband and I tried Obi’s Outpost today for the first time. We are from Muncie but made a drive to Hartford City today because I had a medical test scheduled in Blackford. My husband found the restaurant while searching for restaurants near us online as he was waiting for me to finish with my testing. We decided to give it a try and let me tell you, IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! We love going to different bbq places and Obi’s Outpost is now one of our favorites! I got a picture of our appetizers and our dessert but I failed to get one of our entree. I guess it’s because we were very excited to start eating. Lol We got the pickle bombs, the smoked jumbo wings, and the meat candy…WOW! We also got some of the ribs, brisket, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, and corn bread. It was also a huge…WOW! Last but absolutely not least, we got a piece of the HOMEMADE apple cake. The cake was my favorite part of the whole meal! It literally brought me to tears as I was eating it because it made me think of my mother’s zucchini bread. I know that sounds strange but it really tasted like her zucchini bread with chunks of apples inside it. It’s served warm with whipped cream on top and drizzled with caramel sauce…OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I definitely recommend giving Obi’s Outpost a try if you like bbq. Ask for Wendy as your waitress. She was awesome! We will definitely be back!! BONUS: The restaurant is Star Wars themed!“
