“First off, the young lady behind the counter was a pleasure to deal with. What a pleasant surprise after dealing with a lot of the help out there. Got the 10 piece chicken dark meat, small perch, small catfish and small shrimp dinners. Wanted to sample a little bit of everything and was quite pleased. The perch was breaded just right and very moist. The shrimp took a minimum of 2 bites to get down to the tail. The catfish is the best I’ve had since Marti’s Place on the Kankakee River closed. Then there was the chicken. The legs were colossal! As were the thighs! The thighs were about the size of my fist! Loved the crunch. Told the cook (owner maybe?) that we wanted to snack on something while watching football New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Took us 3 days to finish everything. Little bit of a drive to get there, but I go past a couple of chicken places to get there. Definitely worth the trip!!!“

“Came here today after my son’s preschool graduation. Ms. Turner and the staff here was amazing!! They brought out ice cream for my boys and my nephews, and even followed up with activity books for the kids. We cannot say thank you enough!! Will continue to come back just because of the service we received today!! Food was also fresh!!“

“I came to the drive thru 15 mins before they was closing and the customer service was STILL extraordinary!! My food was fresh, drink wasn’t watered down and the night crew was friendly, funny and gave me a crown while my food was being made lol Great customer service is lacking nowadays but not at the Highland location! They rock and I will be back!“

“As someone who does not eat pork, I love that they have chicken sausage as an option. I also like I can add any additional veggies to my pizza without paying extra. The service is usually pretty quick if not during lunch hour rush. The pizzas are delicious.“

“I live 5 minutes away and this location never fails at being amazing. They're always quick, friendly, and by far make the best blizzards. A lot of other locations I have been too over the years have given runny blizzards or don't stir the items and half the blizzard is just ice cream. This is my favorite location and I appreciate everything about this location.“

“I order takeout from this Jimmy John's often, and in the past 3 years they have never disappointed me! Orders for pick up are always quick, and the quality of food is always fantastic! (in the scope of a national sandwich chain). After a particularly busy weekday, I decided to have an easy dinner. I ordered my usual, The Italian Night Club and jalapeno chips. It hit the spot!“

“The whole experience was great! I would personally suggest The Boss Num. 6. It’s rich, flavorful tones, complemented by the oregano flakes. My mother opted for another one, the Ultimate B.M.T. I’m really not sure what it means nor does my mother. The cookies are tasty!!! Also, good luck April!!!“
