“We came in today, and we loved it. We ordered takeout and got fish sandwich meal deals. Over-all the food was awesome, I do wish it was a tad more salty. (Nothing I can't add myself) the sweet tea was superb. It reminded me of how my mother used to make it. And the coleslaw was so sweet and crunchy.Pb pie and carrot cake are also 10/10Parking here is tough if busyParking: Limited parking, small parking lot. Accessible“
“I first had Captain D’s back home in Illinois. Swore I would never go to another one ever again. When I moved to Columbus, and saw one was here, I still felt the same. One day I decided to bury the hatchet and try it again. I am so glad I did. This location is amazing! It is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and food is very tasty!“
“Well I forgot to take pictures but I will add some when I go back. We went for breakfast and it was great, I had the Chopper which is Layers include strips of country fried steak, mushrooms, and cheese Topped with sausage gravy Served with toast and a side of potatoes. The Staff was very friendly and prompt with the drinks and food.“
“We live in Virginia, but originally from Indiana. One of the foods we really miss out here are tenderloin sandwiches. Driving through Columbus, we stumbled upon this hometown gem. Rohde's has an awesome tenderloin sandwich. We will continue to return as long as they continue to make homemade food. Keep it simple and make it good!“
“Stopped by yesterday for my first time. They had the fried chicken sandwich special w/fries so I went with that. Service was outstanding! My sandwich came out piping hot and all of the toppings tasted fresh! My crinkle fries had good seasoning flavor! I asked for green beans and they brought out cole slaw BUT the cole slaw was incredible so I didn't say anything! Atmosphere was perfect small town vibes. Love it and will be back for sure!!“
