“I had ordered 10 pizzas to be taken warm to a customer, but somehow the app didn't work correctly. Of course I didn't check my email for confirmation, so when I showed up to get my pizzas, they didn't exist. The person helping me, and I assume it was the manager, retook my order, had it ready in less than 20 minutes, and matched as closely as possible the discounts I had gotten on the app. The pizzas were a hit and I was so thankful for the amazing help the staff gave me at this Pizza Hut. Obviously I will be back.“

“Food was amazing. Had the ribs. Server was not the best. Had to ask several times for the same thing. When she picked up the money for the bill she asked if we needed change. Looked at the money and the 2 pull tabs and said nope you are food. I will go back but if she I'd my server I will ask for another one as it was the worst service I've had in a very long time.“

I always order my PP in a box, but it was brought on a plate. They no longer have hot tea, which is fine because I don't really order it that much anyway. So they brought me the hot water that I asked for, but also suggested coffee, which I asked for decaf. She said she would make it, but she never did bring it. The other waitress that also helped us today got 2 orders mixed up despite asking for clarification.“
