Super long waits in drive through. Sloppy burgers with grease ketchup and mustard always covering outside of the bun

Got this for my girlfriend had to wait twenty five minutes for them to make 4 chicken strips when I told them about the time and melted desert they just walked away used to be decent service but here lately service has sucked for the manchester store
