Ex cashier here. I worked at this DQ for about 8 months, it was my first job. There is more wrong with this store than just the service.. There is mold in the back, where the dishes are washed. It's never not soaking wet back there, which obviously is the reason for the mold, but is also the reason as to why they have had cockroaches for at least a year. I dont usually complain ever, but the blizzard i got was so soupy and overfilled when I opened it, I could barely lift the cup up without it spilling over onto the floor. They also never made my blizzard because they didn't have brownie (which is understandable since they were really busy and almost out of everything) but they never told me and only told me 7 or 8 minutes after I got there.Again, they were really busy so they had to get orders out before taking new ones in, I...read full review

this is the absolute WORST dq i have ever been to. the dude working the window was the unkindest person ever, u could tell he hated his job. secondly, they stated they were out of ice cream, onion rings, cheese curds, lettuce, tomatoes, mello yellow, gravy and who knows what else BUT as i was waiting for my order to be made, they were currently making ice cream for other customers. they are the slowest dq in existence and i will never be coming back. this place needs to fix itself...read full review
