I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
Dairy Queen in Kilgore Texas sucks. they never answered the phone. and the last time I went there, I ordered a belt buster combo, and I got a piece of meat with cheese on dry bread and floppy french fries. i paid seventeen dollars for that got ripped off. Kilgore texas sucks!!
Even under new ownership this Dairy Queen is AWFUL! We ordered the BOGO blizzards ahead of time on the app and had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through. There was only one car in front of us who only got icecream and it took that long just for us to get to the window. The staff are inside goofing off and not helping each other.
