The bagels are top-notch, and the pastry selection is good, along with a great breakfast sandwich menu; the sausage with jelly remains a standout. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, creating a nice vibe, although they are small in number, so patience is needed during busy times. The interior has a more industrial design, with hard wood and metal seating, which may make sitting for long periods uncomfortable but fits the vibe of the place. While the decor may be considered sparse, it reflects the laboratory aesthetic they are going for. There is plenty of parking around the building, though it can get busy. The music is at a pleasant volume, allowing for conversation without feeling cramped, making it a decent way to spend a weekend morning. However, the presence of nats can be annoying. The interior is clean and modern with personality, and drinks and food arrive quickly.
