“Love love love! Met up with some friends from out of town and even brought my two kiddos and it was such a pleasant experience. Plenty of games to keep the kids entertaining and delicious beer. Good food aswell. Our server Sav was *chefs kiss*“
“The Fest Hall was the perfect venue for our wedding of just under 100 guests! It was WAY more affordable and flexible than any other option we looked at in Indianapolis. We were able to cater in our own food, hire a DJ of our choosing, and bring in our own decorations, which saved a ton of money and gave us a lot of creative freedom to create the wedding we wanted. There were different bar packages to go with any budget, too. We were able to choose 5 beers to have on tap, plus two wines and canned ciders. While the space is connected to the brewery, you almost wouldn't know it, as we had a private entrance and no issues with sound spilling over from the brewery side. The space has great natural lighting, great sound system and dimmable lights, and beautiful tables and chairs, which made it perfect for an indoor wedding. Our ceremony and reception were in the same space, and we were able to set up in a way that didn't require the space to be flipped in between, which just made everything easy and cozy. We worked with Kiley, and she was super helpful, communicative, and just helped us feel at ease with the whole process. The bartenders who served us were also super helpful and kind. Cannot recommend enough if you are looking for an affordable and dreamy venue in Indy!“

“Absolutely AMAZING experience! My girlfriend and I were treated like royalty. Spilled a beer and they brought us a new one. They went out of their way to find a shirt in my size to purchase. The food and beer were great. We visit breweries in every city we visit and this is by far our favorite. 5 stars and we would recommend it to anyone! Even brought out kids and they have a kid menu and games to keep kids occupied! Couldn’t ask for anything better!“
“Abandoned Station is an absolute blast! I was in Indianapolis and a work/fun trip and this place came highly recommended from a friend, so we went for a late lunch. The custom drink recommendations alone made my day—OJ Run, Sparkle Motion, Fallen Flag, and Cloud City were all spot‑on and so good that I kept wanting to try ‘just one more.’ The staff is awesome, super friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do.
The vibe inside is unique and full of great energy, and the music kept the whole place feeling lively. There were a few people downstairs enjoying the games, which added to the ambience. And the pizza… WOW. I can’t remember the name of it, but the combo of pepperoni, ricotta, pesto, and hot honey was unreal—something you don’t see often, but unbelievably delicious.
If you’re in Indy and want a fun place with great drinks, great food, and great people, Abandoned Station is definitely a must‑visit!“
“Great tap room on 46th and College south of broad ripple. Not as extensive of a list as the main Guggman location, but they have plenty on tap and to go.
Limited kitchen menu focusing on paninis, which were good, and appetizers.
They do have a little patio on the sidewalk as well. Employees are very nice!“
“Between all of the families with our party we had 6 kids there, at dinner time, after a birthday party, aka recipe for a meltdown disaster times 6. But no! This spot is so family friendly that our kids had a blast, the food was so good, we all got to eat, we had to pull the kids out of there. Highly recommend as a very family friendly, adult friendly, wide open space!“
“Indy Brewery Exploration – Stop #6: Fountain Square Brew Co (Indianapolis, IN)
Fountain Square Brew Co has a cool vibe and a fun, laid-back atmosphere. The place fits right in with the neighborhood and features great beer options—many named after classic rock songs, which adds to the charm.
If you’re exploring the Indy brewery scene, this one’s definitely worth a stop. You should try it.“
“We held our October 2022 wedding ceremony and reception at Liter House and loved the experience! Drew and the whole event staff were helpful, kind, and easy to work with. We loved our brunch reception with delicious breakfast food and classic Sahm’s coffee cake. The event space is warm, inviting, and the right size to host lots of different types of weddings or gatherings. Also, the location is perfect - the Monon trail is a gorgeous place for pictures and features a lot of cool artwork/murals. I definitely recommend checking out Liter House for your event!“
“Heard good things about this place and they did not disappoint! Delicous beer and the bartender added 3 bonus tasters onto my flight. What a champ!Unfortunately there was a sign that said No Overnight Parking which really upsets me that they encourage drunk driving. The sign should say "If you've had too much to drink, please leave your vehicle here and take an Uber home."This is the first bar/brewery I've ever seen with a No Overnight Parking sign and I really hope it's my last.“
“We met with Chilly Water staff and management to discuss an upcoming event partnership. I had not been to this spot before. Very clean, comfortable, and friendly. I tried a couple of beers and took some home. Very good! We went ahead and grabbed lunch before leaving and was not disappointed!“

“We had an awesome experience here. First, props to our amazing waitress Madelyn who was a blast to have. The beers were solid all around, and the food was excellent… very hearty, quality comfort food. This is my third time here and I’ve been meaning to do this review as each visit has been great and I’m looking forward to going back… highly recommended!“
“Indy Brewery Exploration – Stop #10: Daredevil Brewing Company (Indianapolis, IN)
Daredevil Brewing Company was a definite highlight of the week. The Indy Speedway theme gives it a fun local flair, and the atmosphere fits perfectly. The beer was excellent, and the pizza was just as impressive—definitely one of the better food-and-beer combos of the trip.
A must-visit stop for anyone exploring the Indianapolis brewery scene.“
“My Wife, Grandson and I stayed at the Bottleworks last week. Was the largest Coca Cola bottling plant in the world. Now it’s a very nice hotel. Located in an area with lots of shops and restaurants. We went to a place across the street called the garage. Lots of food and drink options. I had some Metazoa Hoppopatamus. That stuff is tremendous. I was able to find some in my hometown of Cincy. It has fantastic flavor. If you like Fat head HeadHunter you’ll like this too.“

“We were apartment hunting and decided to check this out for dinner.
Great ambience and a great place to hang out.
We got a pizza brussel sprouts and a wedge romaine salad.
The pizza was thin crust and had great flavor.
Brussel sprouts was an interesting pairing with cherries and mustard seed...it worked well, I think maybe slightly less of the mustard would have been nice.
The wedge salad is a classic and they did a great job with that.“

“Came here for a special event and wish it was closer to where I live. The vibes are wonderful with good lighting, large vinyl and VHS wall, and plenty of places to sit both in and outside. The drinks were fairly priced, but was sad they were out of rootbeer. Main issues: not enough restrooms & at least for this event they didn't have enough bartender for the size. Will probably look for other show or event to justify coming out this far north.“

“We tried @halfliter_bbq in #Indianapolis, and this is what we rated them. A couple of things first. It was their Octoberfest, so they were very busy. Even with that, the food was out in 6 minutes! Brisket 8.5. Bark was very good, and the meat fell apart. Pork 7.8. Smoked well, was just dry Chicken Breast 8.8 Best thing we tried here for sure. Smoked wings 6.5. Very good flavor, but it was super dry Turkey. 7.9. Thick and smoked well, just a little to dry for us Sausage 8.0. Good flavor with a little heat Also, the pickled onions were outstanding. If you are in Indy, I would definitely check it out. Check out more reviews on Insta at JoeAndJrkFoodReviews“

“What a great way to use a no longer in use church! There's a lot of brewing history with the Catholic Church. The space still feels very Catholic to me, which makes for a unique Brewery experience. The beer and food both were very good. When this far north, I went with the poutine. Even the half portion was too much for me to finish, so still a very generous portion size. There were a lot of beer options. The man who took care of us answered all lot of our questions, which was greatly appreciated. I know this isn't the only brewery in a previous Catholic Church, but it's still something relatively unique to check out. Highly recommend.“

“I love this spot, there are video games, pin ball machines, you can even play Nintendo if you ain't got money for the video games. they have great craft beers, little bar type food and the service is unbeatable. The owners are amazing people that stay on site when it's open and meet everyone as if they already knew them. if you haven't checked out this little gem you might want to swing by and do just that“
