“Karen was a wonderful waitress who had me laughing the entire visit. Wings & beer battered onion rings were excellent. UPDATE 7/23/26 ,The Celery was the only negative and I only ate 3 pieces(thank goodness) because it gave me Cyclospora that night(14hours later)and I had told Karen it tasted funny & she & I cracked jokes about me not eating my vegetables! Called them 7/23 to advise to keep others from getting sick! Was told Mike in Corporate will call me back that day but he NEVER did so I want to let people know because he should have done as I was promised. This Cyclospora is no joke as I had all the symptoms and am NOT a happy camper now that I was ignored by Corporate. Pull the celery please!!“
“We had a wonderful experience at BW3s today! The manager, Nathan, was excellent. He took the time to address our concerns and was friendly, thoughtful, and professional throughout our visit.
Our server, Alpha, was also outstanding. Even though she was the only server working at the time, she handled everything incredibly well. She made sure everyone received their meals in a timely manner and remained attentive and kind to both our table and the other guests. Her hard work and positive attitude were clearly appreciated by everyone in the restaurant.
Overall, the service was exceptional, and we truly appreciated the effort both Nathan and Alpha put into making our visit enjoyable.“
“I’ve only had 1 issue with this place and they made it right. My food order is never wrong and pick up times always is on par with what they say in the app. Dine in experience could be better, but most the time I’m worried abt the food.“
