I lived in Chiang Mai for 2 years, and can say their khao soi was as good as any I had while living in Thailand. Moist and tender chicken, excellent savory broth, perfectly crisp noodle - overall an exceptional dish. Real Thai comfort food from the heart of the North.
Ordered mild beef pad Thai lunch special Togo. These were the only pieces of meat in my pad Thai which I’m super bummed about because it has a really good flavor. I understand different restaurants have different heat scales but their mild is basically a no spice, which would’ve been fine if they had given me my side of chilli oil ):. Food has a really good flavor and taste, just wish they weren’t so stringy with the meat.
