“I really like this Chipotle location. It is clean, convenient, and easy to get in and out of quickly, which makes it a great option when you want something fast but still fresh. The line usually moves efficiently, and the staff generally does a good job taking care of customers.

The food quality has been consistently good. I especially like the rice and chicken, and I appreciate that there are plenty of options with simple ingredients like rice, chicken, beans, and vegetables. It works well for different tastes and dietary needs, which is one of the reasons our family keeps coming back. My daughter has nut allergies and has done well eating here, especially with simple choices like rice and chicken.

I also appreciate that when mistakes happen, the team is usually quick to respond and make things right. Overall, this is a dependable spot for a quick, reasonably healthy meal without feeling like typical fast food.“

“The food was delicious and generous, at least in my book. The atmosphere was kind of messy and the staff looked kind of rough. I'm not sure what happened before I visited but the staff looked like they were really going through it, it was concerning.“

“We live in Fishers and go out of our way to dine at this Chipotle location. The location at 116th is right by our house but is by far the worst Chipotle in Hamilton County. This Binford location has fast & efficient service, restaurant cleanliness and hardworking staff that 116th location simply lacks. We had a delicious meal last night 4/3/26. We will return!“

“At the time of writing this review, I have ordered from this Chipotle exactly 100 times. I have never been disappointed by the food or the service. I schedule my order for pickup at the same time, and they’ve never been late or messed up my order. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I am extraordinarily grateful and dependent upon this Chipotle and hope they continue to earn my daily dollars.“

“As someone who previously worked for chipotle, I want to say these reviews are kinda ridiculous. The counters are going to get messy during peak hours. They work really hard at this location. I go there frequently, at least once a week. They're always really kind and I try to acknowledge their hard work. I really like the work ethic of their employee, Sara. Their food has always been prepared so well. I feel like its hard for most customers to put it in perspective that if you want it fast, it will get messy. They will clean up after peak hours. Put yourselves in their shoes. Make it make sense.“

“My fiance and I pickleball and workout close by so we usually grab food here before heading back home downtown. Always impressed with staff and cleanliness here. Specifically tnight with Katie and Keenan behind the food bar. The steak took 5-10min wait so they offered a fountain drink while we waited which was so kind. I wanted more corn as well which Keenan was nice enough to grab me more without me insisting like I’ve had to do before downtown. Katie also offered us free guac to participate in a feedback survey so the hospitality here was 10/10 top notch!! We felt well taken care of and rewarded as a loyal customer to chipotle. Leaving beyond satisfied. Will definitely be back, thank you!!“

“Placed a pick up order on 4-22-26 around 2:15 pm. Arrived early and received a polite and friendly greeting by a young lady. A young man handed me my order which was neatly stacked from large to small containers in a paper bag with handles. I thanked him for great service and he replied in a polite and friendly manner. Arrived home and opened my food. My steak and chicken bowl was made neatly and not sloppily as I have experienced at other locations. I appreciate the efforts of the team members that handled my order and management should recognize and compliment good service.“

“Burto g I know I am probably not spelling that right but I just have to give this guy a shout out. I pick up catering orders here all the time weekly multiple times. I have watched this guy over the past couple months and let me tell you he is phenomenal! I've tried to poach him a couple different times, but my company does not do something. He wouldn't be interested in unfortunately! This gentleman is going places to say the Least. Chipotle, you are very lucky to have this gentleman working as hard as he does as I know he's probably not compensated as well as he should be as most of us are not! To see somebody so passionate and kind as he is put a huge smile on my face as a business owner and gives me tremendous hope for the future. Don't stop what you're doing. I know days may seem rough, but you got this.“
