The pricing is reasonable, the vibes are immaculate, music is at a perfect volume, decor is on par, service is friendly and helpful and the lattes and burritos are out of this world! Their ube latte is to die for! I always order a quad shot, Ube latte with oatmilk (hot or Iced, both are great) and my fiancé the same plus the breakfast burritos! Highly recommend!“

“I tried Ascend Coffee for the first time. I love seeing people in a coffee shop. I do not have a problem standing in line. A line is a sign that I am where the good coffee is and my coffee will be hot! My Americano with splash of skim milk and Honey Cardamom syrup is SPOT ON! Then, the pastries I picked up for my husband and I...YES!!!Fig and Goat Cheese Puff; Savory Scone; and Almond Croissant. I snuck a quick bite of all 3 because the only one stopping my curiosity is me! Oh-My-Word! You can bet your last penny that signed up to earn points. As soon as I walked in the door, smelled the aroma of divine espresso and seeing all the people visiting, I knew I found the place for me! It's not just hot and good coffee...you have been transported to another dimension when you meet the amazing people taking your order and fixing your coffee! “Really great coffee shop, with plenty of seating and room to relax, but the best part is the quality of the in-house roasted beans and the service. I found them after purchasing my first home espresso machine, because I wanted to find a place to get freshly roasted beans. Their espresso roast/blend is perfect! I tried a handful from other places, and this is hands-down the best. And the barista is knowledgeable and helpful, plus they give a complimentary cup of brewed coffee whenever I buy a package of beans. They've gone out of their way to let me try different blends/roasts, and they're all outstanding; however, I think I'll stick with the espresso beans for espresso-making, since they're so excellent.“

I wish I could write a love note to rabble. The baristas are always friendly, while pulling the perfect shot of espresso. The owners are literally heaven sent.

I can be anywhere on vacation and I know one thing that could make it better. Rabble.

“Barista Parlor is in the vibrant new Stutz build out. I would like to know where they get their bagels because they are top notch, I wouldn't be surprised if they were from Amelia's just steps away. I found the decor sparse which is maybe the laboratory vibe they are going for. It's not my favorite but I do love their logo and branded items. I found the coffee/milk drinks to be a little on the milk heavy side which is perhaps to be expected if the espresso focuses on the lighter end of the spectrum. Drinks and food arrived quickly and I will likely go back in the winter months to see if they have any rotating pour over worth trying. It looks like they are at least occasionally spinning actual vinyl which is cool. The music wasn't too loud but was loud enough that I could have a conversation without feeling like the walls were closing in on the 6 or so people who had set up offices. The staff is friendly but small so be patient. It's a decent way to spend a weekend morning but it's not my favorite in the city.“

Purchased their boxed concentrate today. Both locations had 3 staff member, all of whom were friendly and conversational. And if you like baked goods, the cappuccino muffin was the best muffin ever, I wish I could replicate the taste and texture at home!!“

Parking: It is residents parking but there is enough room for everyone to park to eat!

“My favorite cafe of all time. I really liked the old location by the river but times change.

This is everything a cafe should be. Great espresso, great milk drinks, great pastries, friendly people. The best cappuccinos I've ever had have come from here.

No outside seating but there are lots of windows. I've been here a thousand times and I will come back a thousand more.“
