Poor customer service . They have good teas but they don’t honor gift certificates over 3 months old. So why buy a gift for someone if it will expire that fast. Kind of a money grab scam to me betting on folks who over three months to use the tea they have before buying more. Also, I went to their location only to find a different business. Not good customer service.
